Hello,

If I have a pass for 1 month and my mother a pass for 2 months, bought in May, when must we finish our travels by? I understand we have to activate within 11 months (so April 2023), but if we begin our travels in April could my Mum continue travelling into May and past the 11 months? Or must we finish our travel within 12 months of buying the pass?

As long as it is activated before the 11 month deadline date given to you in your initial order e-mail you have the full duration of the pass to use from that activation date.

 

If you activate a 2 month pass on the 5 April it will be valid until 4 June.
