Seems it all works to same design as that from NS=dutch railways (they administer the whole pass-scheme): cannot do yourself, have to ask moderator-if you have to approach them yourself or if they will notice this as going around every now&then I dk.
If it was just the few odd always same-same questions then frankly, i do not see any need to be so superstitious in tipical german-only way.
If you were put on the mailing list and you feel bombarded with unwanted mails: they all have a STOP button=thats EU-law.
