How to add a trip to electonic pass for a FEVE- trip in Spain?

The official in Santander FEVE railway station said that we can go into the train if we have Interrail pass, but How can we add a trip to our e-pass while the train we want to go with does not show in Planner of the e-pass? Do we need to add it or just go to the train?

I want to travel from Lithuania to Lisbon (Portugal) , clean travel time is 42h so its like two days? Or make it simpler, if you travel 2 countries in 1 day, thats still 1 day in pass? Thanx guys

When to activate, What date do we enter

Hi All, I have purchased a flexi global pass 15 trips in 2 months pass and I want to book train travel from Birmingham to Edinburgh for late September, I'm worried if I book it now will that Activate the card or do I put in future activation date starting the date we arrive overseas. We don't leave Australia until early September., 2023I have a second question, when we are trying to put in my husbands name as per the passport details, it say it will only accept 15 characters, can we use his first name and just an initial for his second name then his surname? even though the passport has his whole name, will this cause us any problems, when we use the pass? "Activate this pass by" - exact date?

Hey there,might be a stupid question, but it really matters to me.I have a 2 month global pass and in the Railplanner-App it says “Activate this pass by 19th April”. Just to make sure: I can activate it ON the 19th april, right? I dont have to do it UNTIL 19th April?I am a bit nervous about my trip, so I just wanted to make sure not to be 1 Day too late :DThank you very much.P.

Booking late

Hi,I am late with booking (only decided to go today!) and can’t seem to find tickets to get from Paris to Barcelona (in July) and then Barcelona to Malaga. Can I just turn up at the station and book directly with the ticket office or will that be super expensive? Thanks so much.

Overnight train from Basil SBB to amsterfam

I see on Eurail timetable that there is an overnight train from Basel SBB to Amsterdam it departs at 23:13 and arrives in Amsterdam at 09:58. My questions are:Is there a sleeper on this train? I looked on Cheap Train Tickets | Timetables for Germany & Europe - Deutsche Bahn website and I see an icon that shows a sleeper, but I want to confirm that it is the case. Also how do I book the sleeper using Eurail global pass? When I go to the above website it does not give me the option to choose Eurail Global pass or a sleeper, furthermore when I try to book it, I get an error stating:We are sorry, but we cannot sell your requested journey online.Please find further information in our contact details.Alternatively, we are happy to offer you the Interrail Pass for the most flexible travel experience in Europe. I also tried the Nightjet website and found the train on their website but for our travel day May 14, 2023 it showed no availability for any type of the sleeper. Is that because th

Benefits of a Switzerland Travel Pass - Can I take them without using a travel day?

Hello together :)I’d have the following question:With a Switzerland Intervall Pass (a One Country Pass) of 4 days within 30 days, may I use the benefits (for example 50 % discount on Pilatusbahn, Vierwaldstättersee, Glacier Express, …) on only the 4 days I’ve chosen to travel or on each of the 30 days?Or are there differences between the type of benefit? For example that I could use the benefit for the Pilatusbahn whenever I want in the 30 days, but that I can only use the benefit for the Glacier express on one of the 4 days I’ve chosen?Thank you so much!David

My Journey and My Trip have disappeared off my rail planner app

I added a journey and my trip to my rail planner app on Iphone 11. It still shows both of our passes. I duplicated information for my husband and also says we have booked the four days of travel but all information pertaining to my journey and my trip has dropped off and disappeared. I have seat reservations already for the trips that said I required reservations but it does not list my journey or my trip for either of us. This is really distressful can anyone help me. nz

Activation date and travel starting day

Hi travelers, I have an urgent question. I bought a two months mobile pass on may the 10th 2022, during the sale (50%). The pass has to be activated within 11 months, so latest the 9th of april 2023. Can I travel from that day on? That means can I travel in april and in may 2023? Or do I have to travel within the 11 months, before the 9th of april? thanks for informing me!

Train cancellation, reservation already being made

Hi all,I received email from SNCF on the cancellation of train from Paris Gare De Lyon to Basel SBB. The issue is SNCF suggested to contact the "original selling point" for reschedule or refund and in this case, i had my seat reservation from eurail. Question:1. Can i get refund or reshedule the existing seat reservation?2. If yes, what is the process and who should I contact? For both reschedule and refund?Thank you.

Do you have to start/finish your trip in your country of residence?

Hello,I live in the UK but in order to get the most out of my pass, I’m wondering whether to just take the Eurostar to Belgium with an ordinary Eurostar ticket (ie not the pass) and then start using the pass in Belgium. I’m also not sure that I want to do a round trip which returns to my country of residence - can I do this or does my final travel day have to be back to my country of residence? Thanks

Carry On Bag

Hello people!As my previous question insinuates, I am going on an interrail trip this summer. We start in Dublin, catching a flight to Madrid and ending in Paris. I have just one question for some people(Mostly Irish) about Carry on bag rules. So I have my flights booked that allows me to have a 10kg Carry On and a 20kg Checked bag if I want to, but obviously the horror stories of lost bags in Airports has set me off checking in my bag if I can avoid it as much as possible. Travel day used unintentionally

Hi, I’ve sent an email to customer service but not sure if they reply quickly enough. Is there a contact number?I boarded my train for Bratislava from Krakow an hour ago which I have a separate train ticket for to my pass. But stupidly I also added it to my pass so I had the time schedule easily accessible but now it’s activated a day that I didn’t need - I immediately took this journey off my plan but it didn’t give me the day of travel back. I’m having a huge panic now that I won’t have enough days left for when I actually need them :( I’ve seen that a few people have had something similar happen and onlycustomer service can intervene. Does anyone have any other way of reaching them other that email. I have a severe anxiety and really wishing I had just wrote the time down on my hand instead. Feeling really stupid now. Thank you in advance!
