can‘t add my trips (manual or from saystem) from plan to mobil pass

Hi travellers, I have selected today as a travel day with my son and have tried to add my trip from the planner / my trip to the pass, but it doesn‘t work. I have selected several trains, added connections manually and it still doesn‘t work. Spent hours with this now and I‘m travelling today and also have reserved seats. Tried to ask costumer service, but from the autom.generated mail I see it can take up to 3 days to get an answer :(. Can I still travel and explain to the conducteur? What would you do?

Travel - Salzburg to Lesce Bled

Hi. We are scheduled to travel from Salzburg to Lesce Bled next weekend and the timetable is not showing any direct trains as is mentioned on Man in Seat 61. It looks like we will need to part travel on the OBB bus fromBischofshofen Bahnhof (Vorplatz) D11.20 Bus SV220 toSpital-Millstatter See Bahnhof A12.40 and then pick up train connections to Villach , Jesenice and Lesce. Can anyone please tell me if the Interail pass is valid on the bus element of this route. Alternatively if any can see a direct or purely train route please let me know. Thanks John

Finland and Norway in summer

In July my 11 year old daughter and I intend to travel from the Netherlands to Finland and then go by way of Haparanda, Sweden to Narvik, Norway and go down slowly back home. We have got over three weeks. Unfortunately one have to make reservations for all Norway trains. So there is no freedom to stay any longer or leave more early. We'll stay a few days in Helsinki. But what next? Which place has got beautiful nature, f.e. in the lake District and is reached easily by train? And do you have to make reservations for the cheap or middle price hostels in Scandinavië long before?(Last year we went by the EU rail to Italy and Austria, almost without preparation, off course I want to help about that if needed). Is there a "seat guru" to say which are best (and worst) seats on Eurostar?

I’m traveling Standard Premier London to Amsterdam in June and booked directly with Eurostar, so I can change the assigned seat. I have chosen a seat that says “window seat” but came to find out there is no window at all, it is simply not an aisle seat, but no window. I want to pick a forward facing seat with a window, preferably a single seat format. But it appears there are very few of those with a window in Coach 1. I was wondering if there is a website like seat guru for airplanes, that tells which are ok seats on Eurostar and which are really bad seats.

I would like to know whether I have to put all my journey on travel day in the pass. Suppose I want to travel from city A to city B in the morning and in the afternoon I want to travel form city B to city C. Do I have to put these two trips into the pass on my travel day?

I have confirmed with the online platform "Klook"where I buy my ticket from, this ticket should able to use during "Muenchen Hbf - Salzburg Hbf", but after reservation on app that keep saying “it's not valid in some of these countries.” It make me so confuse. Youth Pass - Age Issues in Purchasing

Hi all,I’m newbie here trying to buy the Interrail Global Pass for 7 days in a month but having some issues with ages.I’m 24yo so I’m allowed to buy the Youth Global Pass but when I arrive at the step before purchasing it appears that the traveler has to be at least 27yo before leaving for Interrail.Can someone help me please? :)

I'm Greta, I purchased an Interrail Global Pass Youth Promo on November 27, 2022, the information about its validity at the time of purchase referred to 11 months while now, if I try to activate it on the rail planner app it tells me that I can only activate it by, and no later than, May 1 while there would still be 5 months of usability of the ticket.

Questions regarding the same day trip from Copenhagen to Paris

Hello, I plan on the last day of my interrail pass to go from Copenhagen to Paris by train.On DB website it shows the following trip with many short connections. From your experience do you think it will work?My main concern is the first 7' connection in Fredericia. If it doesn’t work the next train will bring me to Hamburg at 14:05 instead of 12:05 and I’m afraid it will be too late to reach Paris, the same day. Do you have any advice if it happens to me as it will be my last of my four days interrail pass? Will DB help me in reaching Paris on the next day?If the first connection in Fredericia works well, I have more flexibility as they're many trains from Hamburg to Mannheim.Then, from Mannheim if I miss the SNCF TGV train at 17:38 I can take DB ICE at 18:38. However, as these are mandatory booking trains do you think I’ll be able to take the DB ICE train instead of the TGV SNCF train?Thanks for all your advices.

Is Interrail valid in Bern?

Hello. In January I will spend a week in Bern, and I booked a hotel in the outskirts of the city in Schüpfen, unfortunately right outside the city limits so I won't be eligible for the free Bern Ticket for people staying in Bern.Considering very expensive train travel in Switzerland (more than twice as expensive as here in Sweden!) I intend to buy the Switzerland Interrail pass as I will do lots of day trips by train and I also need to get both from Geneva Airport to Bern and back again by train. Does anyone here know if this pass includes free travel on the S-Trains between Schüpfen and Bern?

I would like to book onto the Antibe - Paris 06.17am train in early August. The Interrail booking system says ‘pass not valid’. Is it possible to pay a supplement to board this train? If I don’t board the early train I won’t make it home to the U.K. in my last travel day.Many thanks.

Missed Eurostar Paris to London due to SNCF cancellation

I am travelling on a global pass one month first class fare between England (origin) France and Spain. I am travelling home from south of Barcelona to Newcastle, UK. I am travelling with an assistance dog which make things a little more complicated. I travelled from Barcelona Sants to Latour du Carol on the 14.30 train on Friday 21st April. I had also booked onwards travel to Paris on the night train from Latour du Carol (Pyrénées) to Paris, Fri 21st April, dep. 18.49 arriving 22nd April 06.33. My Eurostar was booked for Paris-London on Sat 22nd at 09.13. At 18.00 SNCF cancelled the night train and I was stranded in Latour du Carol. The staff at Latour were inexperienced and unhelpful and told me to head back to the next town (Puigcerda, 4 mins away by train, but in Spain) and stay the night, getting the train in the morning back to Latour de Carol. This was a bad idea as I arrived in puigcerda and there were no trains in the morning and no one to help. I got a cab back to Latour (€40

Mobile Pass Activation

HelloI bought a four day pass and I would like some help because I have some doubt if I activated correctly my pass or not.I have made seat reservations without difficulty and I received them by email as PDFs file from Intrerrail. But I cannot see these tickets on my mobile phone thanks to “My trip” window. I have no “show tickets” button like explained in an email I received. Do you think it is a problem? Or must I add these tickets through the Rail Planner application?Here is attached what is displayed on my phone when I go to “My Pass” (I have hidden the pass number and my name).I cannot display something like a QRcode showing the Pass itself. (wen I go to “details” window there is nothing else which is displayed excepted my ID number and my birth date)I think that my pass is not activated. pls help me I’m so lost here. I need to get from north Italy to Barcelona on July 5th and I wish to do it by night train. I found this train through eurail https://shop.italiarail.com/options?departureStationId=830001700&arrivalStationId=830012041&departureDate=2023-07-05&adults=1&children=1&railcardType=0 but I don’t understand anything. It shows me the same prices that I see in their site, so eurail is no good here? how do I find a night train ( without changes) that gets me to barcelona (or even anywhere, just for the night train experience)?

Brussels to Gare du Nord

We are travelling tomorrow in the Thalys from Brussels-Midi to Gare du Nord. My seat reservation is for 9422 but the train number coming up in the rail planner is 9322. The trains appear to be the exact same schedule. Is it the same train or do I need to somehow find the 9422 in the planner? If it is the same will it be an issue that my ticket is 9322 but my reservation is for 9422? Thanks!

Having a trouble with reserving a seat with my iPhone

I’m planning to travel in Europe soon with my Eurail Global Pass. I am not able to book a ticket for a train using my iPhone, but it worked with a laptop. I’m not going to travel with my laptop, so I really need to figure out how to book tickets online with my iPhone. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
