OBB Nightjet Italy Strike 1/12

I have a train booking from Munich - Venice via OBB nightjet 1 December 11pm. We were only notified recently that Italy will be having strikes on 1 December 9pm - 2 December 9pm. Will this affect our train? Have called up OBB but they do not have any further details on this.

Should we still go ahead with boarding the train? Can't imagine getting stuck on the train for 15 hours till the strike ends at 9pm...

ÖBB don't seem to know yet what will happen:

Keep an eye on this page:

Hi, the nightjet Munich-Venice is run in Italy directly by ÖBB Railcargo Group, so it is not known if they strike or not.

The Nightjet(Euronight) services to Milan(LaSpezia/Genova) and Rome are run by Trenitalia, and they say that on this strike Freccia and IC (where the nighttrains belong) will not be affected by the strike. Only local trains between Thursday 21:00-Friday6:00, Friday9:00-18:00.

On the transport strikes page, when I filter for railways, I only see a national strike on Friday 9:00-17:00:

This ia strange, because Trenitalia says Today from 21:00 to tomorrow 21:00. (Except running hours from 6:00-9:00 and 18:00-21:00).

I would add, that the international nighttrains of Trenitalia will run also on a strike, they are guaranted, like this other long distance trains (in this case all long distance trains will run): https://www.trenitalia.com/content/dam/tcom/allegati/trenitalia_2014/informazioni/TABELLA_A_Treni_garantiti_DPLH.pdf
