Please add a way to give feedback on the Railplanner app from the webbsite

Hi,
I had some feedback on the Railplanner app, so I used the “Give us feedback” item in the app to do that.
But, it is quite messy to type a lot of feedback on the phone, and also my feedback did not fit into the 500 characters available, so I had to give several feedbacks.
Please add an option on the Interrail.eu webbpage for giving feedback on the Railplanner App, (and maybe also on the Interrail pass in general9

Ok, so there is a way.
But please add a link to this that is possible to find. 
1)
I am not able to find this “knowledge base” from the webb page.
2)
I don´t either understand that to give feedback, I need to submit a request in the Knowledge base.

@Annamar You need to give this feedback to Customer Support through the database. There is no one in the community who can fix this.
