I received email from SNCF on the cancellation of train from Paris Gare De Lyon to Basel SBB. The issue is SNCF suggested to contact the "original selling point" for reschedule or refund and in this case, i had my seat reservation from eurail. Question:
1. Can i get refund or reshedule the existing seat reservation?
2. If yes, what is the process and who should I contact? For both reschedule and refund?

You should contact customer service:
Mention your travel date, so your request can be prioritised correctly.
No extra costs may be involved to reschedule.
By the way, if you turn up for the now cancelled train with your original reservation, then SNCF must offer you an alternative at no extra costs but the danger of course is that some trains may already be fully booked.
