Hey guys, iam sitting in my train, it is to late and i dont get my Connection where i needed to buy a seat Reservation. It seems i will arrive my endstation 45 Minutes to late, so not the 60 minutes to get a refund. Can i still get my money back for the seat Reservation i cant use?

Which train, which connection?
In 9/10 cases: If it’s a mandatory seat reservation, you should talk to railway staff to rebook you on another train, due to the delay.
From bochum to torino. My train Was 45 minutes to late. I had no time to rebook at the train station and in the train the db worker said he cant do it…
And yes it is mandatory
If it's an EC train to Italy, staff will be able to issue a new seat reservation. Reservations are only required within Italy. Maybe the staff from Domodossola/Chiasso can issue one for Milan - Torino but I'm not sure
In the worst case speak to staff when you arrive in Milano Centrale (but if possible do it earlier)
You should be able to take the 12:03 IR26 in Basel and change there
