Hallo, Ik wil graag de reis inplannen en eventueel een reservering bijboeken. Maar bij elke reis zowel zonder als met reservering krijg ik deze melding:Niet beschikbaar voor sommige reizigers´Sommigen van je reizigers hebben een Pas die niet geldig is in deze trein. Wijzig je geselecteerde reizigers om deze zitplaats te reserveren.´Ik heb de pas al wel toegevoegd op mijn naam. Ik wil zaterdag 24 september om 19:32 vertrekken vanaf Enschede naar Milaan. Friends, I purchased a 1st class pass. When I go to book a reservation because it’s required, I’m only allowed to purchase a 2nd class reservation. Two questions: Does that mean 1st class is sold out? If so, then how do I request a refund for my pass since I can’t really use 1st class if it’s not available?Many, many thanks!
Hello,I have a global pass first class.I plan to do a day trip to vienna from Budapest so will be going from Hungary to Austria and coming back same day before 12 mid night - will this count as 1 travel day or 2? Similarly I am also planning a day trip from Brussels to Amsterdam so between Belgium and Netherlands - going in AM and coming back before mid night - will this count as 1 or 2 travel days? I'm not satisfied with the explanation of "travel day" in the interrail website and even in other YouTube tutorials. So I wanna really understand the logic of it with details.I always imagined like this: Let’s say I have a 7 days pass and I went from Estonia to Germany, and let’s say it lasted 10 hours in the train. I’m imagining like 6 days 14 hours left for me to travel.But as much as I research, I’m encountering some things which are confusing me more, even in the interrail’s website itself says like this: “For instance, you can use 1 travel day to get from London to Paris and another travel day to go from Paris to Amsterdam.” But going from London to Paris, and Paris to Amsterdam, all can be done in one day. Even we can go more destinations if we want.From London to Paris, it says 2hrs 16mins.From Paris to Amsterdam, it says 3 hrs 31 mins.So in total, it’s just 5 hrs 47 mins. How it can cost 2 travel days then?Somebody please tell me this thing with all details, for I’m perfection
Greetings,I have a strange problem finding some trains on the Rail Planner app: i’m going to travel with a companion but we get different results when trying to find some trains.Obviously we made sure that we set the same parameters and filters, yet I get all the correct trains (first screenshot) but my companion does not (second screenshot). Neither of our passes are activated yet. Could this be a problem with the app or is there something I’m missing?
Hi,I had some feedback on the Railplanner app, so I used the “Give us feedback” item in the app to do that.But, it is quite messy to type a lot of feedback on the phone, and also my feedback did not fit into the 500 characters available, so I had to give several feedbacks.Please add an option on the Interrail.eu webbpage for giving feedback on the Railplanner App, (and maybe also on the Interrail pass in general9
Hello,The seat reservation site is broken. The date shown on the itineraries when searching is different from the search query, e.g. when I search for tickets on October 15 the list of itineraries shows October 14. Because of this, I booked two itineraries with the wrong date.I have messaged support many times and was told it would take 2 weeks to respond. This is urgent, so I’m here. Please help me fix these reservations ASAP.
Hey, unfortunately I discovered that there is a problem with trains going to or from slovenia after the 15.10.22. I didn’t find any information about strikes etc online. Actually I wanted to go from Italy to Slovenia (trieste-Ljubljana) and then to Croatia (Ljubljana-Zagreb), both connections are a 2h trip but after 15.10 there is only a complicated way which would take me around 11h. Any ideas why? I hope you can help me.
Just a simple thanks to the community for their advice in their posts. They have helped no end through a difficult challenge today.Regrettably we had to change next weeks plans from a 5 travel day cross-europe jaunt to a quick dash to Monaco and home (flight and hotel already paid for). Our return home will now be Nice - Lille - London - Leeds, needing those dreaded reservations for TGVs and Eurostar. Because of the advice I managed to book 2 TGVs (1 at 10 euro and 1 at 20 euro) and an early afternoon Eurostar through B-Europe (link from posts) with Pass Cover Numbers (from a link in a post). At several points it looked hopeless with error messages and starting again but we stayed with it thanks to the advice in many posts on regular work rounds.The weirdest was on the b-europe site where it would not accept mouse clicks for selecting entries on drop down lists but would let me select with my touchscreen. That took some time (and a few choice words) to sort.We even managed to get all
Good morning, I represent the Warsaw University of Technology. I would like to ask, is it possible to receive a proforma invoice from Interrail for the purchase of 2 Interrail Global Passes for 2 people (12-27 years of age) for 7 days of travel within 1 month? Or do we rather need to purchase these tickets via the website https://www.interrail.eu/en and this is the only way to buy Global Passes and possibly then ask for an invoice. We would need a proforma invoice, because it is the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT) that sends two people abroad and WUT will pay for their tickets. In order to pay, the Warsaw University of Technology's accounting must have a basis for this, i.e. a proforma invoice, on the basis of which the transfer will be made for the tickets. Otherwise, the institution will not transfer funds. I will be grateful for any information. Kind regards Piotr Szczepański

I thinking of purchasing euro rail pass (mobile pass)for 4 adults and 1 child to use in the following routes. but i am scared if there wont be enough reserved seats for 4 adults and 1 child . Is there anyway to check if there are enough reservations BEFORE buying the pass08/10/22 - Brussels to Paris Nord : leave brussels at 9.55am11/10/22 - Paris Nord to Zurich : Leave Paris at 9.25am13/10/22 - Zurich to venice Mestre : :Leave at 9.05 am15/10/22 : Vennice to Rome : Leave at 9.38am17/10/22 : Rome to Milan central : leave in the morning Also using the timetable here it mentions that certain routes dont require a reservation (i.e. Frankfurt Airport to Amsterdam). Is this correct ? Can i rely on this information as accurate ?

Does anyone know if you will automatically receive an email from interrail to confirm that your application has arrived?Because I have not yet received a confirmation email, and we are already 2 hours further.I'm a little worried that my application hasn't arrived after all. So it would be nice if someone from Interrail itself could help me with this.
Hi all, need help with metro/train timetable on January 1st in Paris.I will take the flight from Paris to Italy on January 1st, 2023 in the morning but I am worried that there will be less metro service as it is the first day of the year. I am worried that it will be hard to get to the airport. Does anyone know if the metro/train will run as usual?
