I'm trying to buy a pass and when I enter my home address I received massage: Please try using the English alphabet. I'm for sure using English alphabet. My adress is with the number 16i, it takes not the “i”. I will book only at the interrail-site, becaue there is a supernice discount.

View originalI guess that the field where you try to enter 16i only takes numeric values so try to enter the address without the "i". If you are buying a pass that will be shipped to you, do this only if you are sure that the mail will reach you even if the address lacks an "i".
