Broken phone so need our pass transferred

my friend is travelling with me but her phone broke and she is now trying to open her rail planner app on her new phone but it won’t let her as it is still open on her broken phone. We have submitted community support requests but need urgent help as we are travelling via eurail in 3 days don’t have any other way to get from Lille to Amsterdam, or enough money. her oder number is IN30569800

Write a Direct Message to @Interrail on Social Media

Write an email to customerservice@interrail.eu 

If their help will get too late, try to ask train staff before boarding the train if it is ok in your situation to get on the train.
