Can the Pass be used for trains and buses that don't count as a travel day?

hi, I was just wondering if the interrail pass is able to be used for trains and buses within a country that dont count as a travelling day?

But be aware that these examples are very, very rare-plus that the BOB and other Swiss mountain trains/cars are very, very expensive, even with the discount.

Further on-often these discounts, if available, are for higher priced offers (f.e. some hoStels)there will almost everywhere be cheaper alternatives even on '’full price'’. This may also apply to the very, very few buslines in the scheme.

You get on few Routes just a discount that means if you take on of these discounted journey´s it not counted as travelday :)

For example in Switzerland the BernerOberlandBahn between Interlaken/Grindelwald/Lauterbrunnen here you get 25% on the ticket price and don´t have to use a travelday of your Railpass :)

Another example are the buses of LUX (Baltic Countries & Poland) they offer a discount up to 20% for Railpassuser (dont need to take a travelday)
