My birthday data is wrong, I already contacted costumer service but I am concerned that they don’t contact me before my first day (1 June. I don’t know how to change.

Only Customer Support can change this. Have you contacted them using this form?

When contacting Customer Support you must tell them that you will start your travel on the 1st of June so that they can prioritise your request. 


They still haven't answered me. I do not know what to do


@Marion Could you flag this to support? Travel date is coming close.

They changed it in time
