Exchange/refund covid

Dear community,

I bought an interrail global pass on December 2019 to travel in April 2020 but due to covid I had to cancel my trip. Since a few months ago I am trying to request an exchange or refund but interrail and Deutsche Bahn (where I purchased the ticket) keep pushing the responsibilit to eachother, resulting in me having to do uncountable emails and calls and not getting my 200 € back - I am really frustrated and I would really appreciate if Interrail could step up and help me get my money back, and I would be thankful for tips from anyone on this matter, as I am sure I am not the only person affected.

By the way, I already sent a refund form but it got rejected by interrail...

Thank you,

Pol

Offical as Deutsche bahn is the issuer of the ticket should handle it :) the problem is that they haven´t the comfortable exchange policy like Eurail for their passes :) in my experince if Eurail and Deutsche Bahn can´t find a solution claim a case with your travel agency and maybe search for options to claim your money with the European Passenger Rules :)
