My pass has the incorrect date of birth and address.


Hi guys, some friends buy me the pass and they put on it uncorrect date of birth and uncorrect address. So i must change it but i don't know how to do it. Please help me.

You need to contact Customer Support through this form and see if it is possible to get the data changed.

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please let Customer Support know what date your travel will start so that they can prioritise your request correctly
