HELP! Pass Cover number is not accepted

Update: Problem solved! The problem was that I chose the wrong issuer (with the same CIV code though 🙂 )



I have bought a paper Interrail pass (Global Pass) and I am trying to connect it to my Interrail account.. But my Pass cover number is not accepted. The reason I want to connect is because I want to make reservations for the train from Lyon to Barcelona. Is there any way around this?

Hi! I have the same problem! Which issuer worked for you?

Getting a little desperate here since I have to travel soon and I am not able to book my seat reservations haha
