I ordered an EU mobile pass through Klook but I cant add my pass by the number of Klook’s voucher. Rail Planner said that my details dont match although I have tried so many times in many ways to fill my information correctly. How can I add my pass? Is there any solution for me?

Zhao, VN! Thats a problem money saving VNese have to deal with Klook- we really cannot give any advice with the rather sparse data you give here. (and this comes from Bangkok)


I guess that you need to contact Klook to sort this out as they have sold you the voucher. 

Have you checked that you write all detail exactly as you did when you ordered the voucher?

Could you please check if the Gregorian calendar is enabled? Our app doesn't support other types of calendars so it might be causing the issue. You should also check that you have the latest version of our app, and if the problem persists contact us again, please.
