I had to reset the smartphone 2 days prior travelling. Pass disappeared and can't be added again.


and had to download again the  Rail app and it says it cannot add the number of the pas because it was already added. I tried to find a number to Call and there is none. Anybody who knows how to solve this? It is activated from Friday…  Thanks!

There is no phone number to call. Please contact customer support via this form and let them know when you need the pass, so they can prioritise correctly.
