Hello , i was in Germany on friday 3th june , i took one pass on web site , the first manipulation was no accepted with my card , that i saw on the computer, so i realised an other Time and now i show on my bank 2 transfer ! 2x 246€, i went to Germany and i cameback to France !! Hello there! It is my first time visiting Europe and I am unsure of how the One country pass works. Would really appreciate if anyone could provide me advice so that I can plan accordingly and buy the right tickets.My itinerary for Italy is as follow:15 August: Travelling from Domodossola to Milano Centrale. Then travel from Milano Centrale to Venezia S. Lucia (considered as 1 travel day) 16 August: Travelling from Venezia S. Lucia to La Spezia (considered as 1 travel day) 18 August: Travelling from La Spezia to Roma Termini (considered as 1 travel day) 19 August: Travelling from Roma Termini to Naples Central station (for a day trip to Pompeii). Then travel from Naples Central station back to Roma Termini (considered as 1 travel day) 20 August: Travelling from Rome Termini to Fiumicino International Airport (considered as 1 travel day) As long as within the day itself, and within 24hours (ending at midnight), I will be able to take unlimited trains with the One country pass? Therefore
I read the instructions, and help with FAQ to change travel day: I start in 2 weeks. I first had first travel day on 15th, but I can only start the 16th, and I need all of my travel days at the end of the journey. I cannot find where to change this date, on both mobile app and on website.
I understand that you can have 2 in/out journeys within the total range of the validity of hte pass. I have chosen to use those for the first of 3 journeys. I have Eurostar reservations for all 3 journeys. This is what the journeys look like in my pass. They are all part of my single over-arching totally comprehensive trip. Note that the 3rd journey doesn’t have the little yellow-orange thing lit up. I can’t make it light up because it keeps nagging me about the ‘in/out’ journey thing. I thought the in-out thing applied to my Leeds-StPancras bit, not the whole Eurostar thing. Since there’s an option everywhere to ‘add another journey’, am I right in thinking that the lack of the little yellow thing on the 3rd journey doesn’t matter?? Sorry to be obsessed, but the last thing I need is to turn up and have to buy a £200 Eurostar ticket!
Hey all, just did a bologna - munichmunich - bologna reservation for 6 euros total through ÖBBAfter getting my reservation on email, I went on Interrail app Went to My Trip Added return to my tripMy question is, is this all I have to do? After activating my pass, do i just show him my interrail pass and reservation pdf? Because on the journey, it still says “seat reservations required” so decided to ask is this all I have to do after booking seats and wondering if there is a guide for this. Thanks in advance
Hello,My partner and I are looking for a Greek island pass (6-day). Unfortunately, we didn’t buy the pass before we started traveling and are now unable to receive one as the shipping time is 1 month. We are currently in Italy (Milano) and were hoping to buy one here but they all seem very confused at the station. Is there anywhere in Italy that we can buy such pass? Hello Interrail Community! My name is Minaa, and I bought a continuous interrail ticket a few weeks ago. While filling in my details, I put in my parent's adress in Switzerland (my Nationality is also Swiss) but I am actually living in the Netherlands since 2 years already. So my initial outbound journey is from - and my final inbound journey is to the Netherlands. I will be travelling really soon, so I contacted the customer service 2 weeks ago, but I still don't have an answer (and the pass has not been activated yet). Will it be possible to change this soon? I start travelling next week and the date of birth on my pass is incorrect. My friend ordered two passes one for me and one for him, but the date of birth on my pass is incorrectly the same as his. I have contacted customer support but need answers quickly, should I try refund the pass and get a new one? This depends how quick passes are refunded. Or how can I change the date of birth? This is URGENT!
Hi,I am an Indian citizen studying in Germany and have a German residence permit (Aufenthaltstitel) issued for the duration of my study period. Do I prchase Eurail or Interail pass since I have a non-EU nationality but have a residence permit from a EU country.
Dear Interrail-Team, we urgently need a Pass Cover Number for our son. We are not able to book a seat reservation for him in France. It is not possible at our train station in Germany and it is not possible via the Eurail Website.Therefor we would need the Pass Cover Number and I would ask you to send us the number. I have one trip (in a few days) arranged using my mobile pass. All in order, Eurostar reservations etc. But I want to arrange a SECOND trip in July. For this 2nd trip I have my Eurostar reservation. No matter how I do this (set up a trip first then select trains, or the other way round) it ONLY offers me the chance to link this 2nd trip to a PAPER Eurail pass. The only way I can link it to the MOBILE pass is if I add it to the pre-existing 1st trip - and THEN it tells me that I’ve used up my ‘out/in’ options and will have to book a train ticket separately within the UK. Am I totally misunderstanding how this works? I want to make MULTIPLE, unconnected, totally separate return trips, within the 3 months validity of my (1st class) Eurail pass. Is this actually possible?
Problem with adding mobile pass after reset -''can't add because it's already used on another device''
Hey!My name is Rieke.I‘ve already activated my mobile pass on my phone and now I had to reset it (my phone). When I now trie to add my pass in the Rail Planner App again it says that I can‘t because it‘s already used on another device.I hope someone can help me fix this somehow as soon as possible since I‘m starting my trip on June 15th.
Hi there, I ordered my tickets during the sale and put the two names the same (in my travel companion’s name !) and not one in my name. I emailed customer services straight away and have also tried to contact them via the forums - to no avail. I have sent two emails and tried to call - I understand they are dealing with a lot of requests but I thought I would have heard back after a month. I booked the tickets almost 4 weeks ago and would like the resolved soon if possible so that we can travel soon! Any advice most welcome, Thanks in advance Francesca
I have been able to add journey and travel days for 3 of the travelers except 1. For some reason won’t let me add the travel day and states to contact them but they are not responding to my email. I was able to add last night but today the travel day and the ticked has disappeared from my pass. How can I remedy this.
Hey,I need what is probably just step by step instructions on how to use Eurail. I’m in North France wanting to catch a train south West. I have found the train I want and no seat reservation is needed. I have clicked the right time but then nothing happens, there is no confirmation to say it’s done and I’m not sure if this is booked or not. I’m ver confused.Also, when going to the train, do I need to show a ticket/scan code or anything?
Every time I open the app it crashes within 2 seconds, I have tried updating the app, updating my phone and deleting the app and every time I open it it crashes in 2 seconds. I have tried everything and I can’t seem to get it working. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas to fix it? Would be much appreciated
Hello, My friend and I are travelling in Europe next week. We purchased the 5 day mobile travel pass. Here is our itinerary: London to Paris 6/10Paris to Nice 6/13Nice to Milan 6/17Milan to Rome (found tickets and seat reservation complete) We are unable to find any available tickets for the first three trips. These all require seat reservations and we are unsure if these are required or sold out or how to go about this. Are we able to purchase these seats at the desk or will they be sold out by then? Any insight and advice will be helpful as this is our first time travelling in Europe. Thanks!
Help. I’m trying to add my wife and myself as travelers to a trip. I run into two problems when inputting the paper pass details.Eurail B.V. is not listed on the Issuer drop down list. I selected DISCOVEREU TRAVEL PASS (CIV 9901) Pass Cover Number returns an error. PASS COVER NUMBER DOESN’T LOOK RIGHTI’m looking to make reservations but can’t if I can’t add travelers. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
I cannot activate my eurail pass to travel in Spain. And I need to use it to make a reservation within 15 hours.I have already checked that my application is update. I have already checked this process and it doesn’t work. Go to More > Settings, scroll to the bottom and enable error logging. That won't solve your problem directly but should generate logs for customer support.

If my first day of travel is on 30th June, will June be counted as a whole month so my pass is available 30/6-31/8, or the pass will valid from 30/6-30/9？I am grateful for your response and looking forward to hearing your kind reply. I bought and received 4 pass for our family trip this summer. I am trying to enter our information in the Eurail app but NONE of the passes have a “Pass #” of any type.I’ve read the instructions about them beginning with an I or E, followed by an 8 digit number. I’ve gone online and looked at pictures of what these numbers should look like and where they should be located. All four of our passes are blank in that area. I’ve even scanned the barcode that is on the left side of the pass to see if that was it but this is just a 7 digit number.The only numbers on the passes are at the top and they look like this “CIV 9901 EU304….. -1” but all four have the same number and are just sequenced -1, -2, -3, -4In the image below is this not were the number is supposed to be?Number location
