I purchased sone interrail tickets for me and my family back in December 2020. Obviously because of COVID they were not used and I received an email from Interrail in May 2021 saying their validity would be extended until August 2022. I am now trying to make some reservations and it is saying they are expired?! I have tried contacting Interrail via the online form, and making an email firstname.lastname@example.org but all I get in return is an automated email acknowledging my email but no follow up response (it is now a week since I first contacted). Can anyone help with the original problem of why the passes have expired …. or help me with how to get through to a human who can help with this problem eg. a phone number. Thanks
I’m planning to travel with my sister and we both purchased a 22 day continuous pass. All together we’ve roughly 3 weeks to travel and I was wondering if that would be enough (I’m aware it depended on how many places we want to go) or would the 10 travel days over 2 months be better due to its flexibility? Any help would be appreciated
I have to travel tomorrow and my app have been showing me a warning saying that i have not connected to internet in 24 hours which it's not true. I uninstalled the app and installed again to see if that works but now i have a problem with the 'reactivation' of my pass. Now a message pop up saying: "There is a problem, the pass' data cannot be load, be sure you have a connection and try again later". Please, i don't know what to do and i have to travel tomorrow. THIS IS VERY URGENT!!!
I am in Europe for a week later this year and would like to hop from country to country (and back to Brussels every night) during this time. I was looking for a 5-day or 7-day pass (in a month) but then I read somewhere that the 15-day continuous pass may be cheaper. I have not been able to find it anywhere. Is that discontinued?
Good morning,I am a student living in Venice, Italy, and I have won an Interrail pass (7 travel days in one month) via the DiscoverEU portal. I’ve found as the first train, the route without change from Venice S. Lucia to Vienna which leaves at 21:48 and arrives the following day at 07:41. The return journey, always without change, with departure from Munich at 23:20 with arrival in Venice S. Lucia the following day at 08:34. Considering these journeys, how many travel days will be counted by the interrail pass? Thank you in advance
My mobile pass won’t let me activate it before the 16th of July, I’m due to travel on the 13th with trains that require an active pass. I raised this issue with customer support 26/04/2022 and it’s 30/06/2022 and I’ve still not had this issue resolved. Getting a little desperate so does anyone know if there’s a office in the UK that I can go to in person as I’m clearly not getting anywhere via email. I want to visit several countries in approximately 15 days and for example, if my first destination is Italy and I want to visit some cities how does the day of travel work? Because in the application it tells me one day for each city, how could I do that? I would like to know how it works and how it is activated every day of travel. Thank you
I bought the global pass on flash sale from the UK website and the email that should contain my pass number is blank, including other Information. Have anyone experienced this? I emailed the EU support team as the UK won’t reply me for almost a week now. Still they cannot fix the issue and I don’t get the pass they’re trying to resend to me.
Hi everyoneI’m planning my trip for this summer. I’ve already bought my pass. The pass is connected to “my interrail trip”. Today, I downloaded the app and I wanted to add my pass. I was able to add my pass but in the second step I am not able to choose my trip called “my interrail trip”. I just can create a new trip. According to the guide I would have here the option to choose “my interrail trip”. What can I do?Thanks for your help!

Hi, I’m new to Interrail. My trip starts 9 June. Presently on My Trip there is no Show Ticket. I guess you can only get the barcode /QR on the Travel Day? On My Trip it says Now travelling ?? On My Pass it says Ready for travel. Help, advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Having trouble understanding outbound / inbound travel days, I basically want to know if I can use them at all. I’m from Ireland and will be flying to The Netherlands, and then flying home from Italy. Am I able to use my first and last train journeys as inbound/outbound journeys, or would this be invalid as my country of residence is Ireland? Is it just for trains in Ireland for me for example?
I bought 5 adults passes one free child pass but would not let me proceed with 3 year old pass as you have to enter the date of birth - it comes up with an error message saying child passes are only available to those 4-11 on the date that the pass starts so I had to remove the 3 year old pass to let me proceed to buy the other 5 - this is very frustrating - we will need to make reservations on some trains that are long/overnight journeys and cant for the 3 year old. Customer Services have not replied even though I marked it urgent as we plan to travel before the end of June

I want to register them on the website to plan my trip and make my reservations.On my paper passes I have a 12-digit pass number and no letter. And on the website I am asked for a number with a letter and 8 digits. I can't save my passes so I can't plan my trip!How to do ?Thanks a lotSincere friendships,

Hello everyone, My name is Carlo van Groeningen and I am a staff member at a scouting group in Leiden (NL). This summer we really want to go to Barcelona to discover this beautiful city. It is the first time that I organize such a long trip so I need some help from others. I want to take the train from the Netherlands to Barcelona with 18 children (15 to 18 years old) and 3 staff members between the ages of 25 and 27.The boarding station in the Netherlands does not matter that much. The journey itself does. I saw online that there were options through paris, but then you had to go to another station in paris. That seems a bit scary to me. So I prefer to go via Brussels.We would like to leave on 7 or 8 August and return to the Netherlands on 14 August. I'm not really sure what our best options are to buy. Hopefully someone can help with that.Does someone know what I should buy and the prices.Kind regards Carlo
