My son was travelling with us & his mobile pass is on my phone , unfortunately he has to travel home urgently tomorrow how can we transfer his pass onto his phone ??

Mention your son's pass number (from the confirmation mail or your Interrail account) and that he needs to travel tomorrow. Then they will unlink that pass from your phone, so your son can activate it on his own phone.
