How do I cancel my outbound/inbound journey?

Hello! My friend and I are travelling from Innsbruck to Mannheim and need to use our outbound/inbound journey for that trip. We selected a train and then decided to take a different one. So we deleted the old train and now added the new one to our trip. Th erprobten is that at my friends app it says that she has already used her outbound journey, despite that being not true. I however have no problems and could add the other train as an outbound journey. Has anyone experienced the same problem? Is the app lagging?
