Stamped as "unused" after starting day

Hi!

 

My starting date was the 06th of August and I stamped the ticket as “UNUSED” on the 14th after I was in contact with customer support. I got told that I get 85% back but now it seems like I don’t get anything.

 

Please tell me if I can get a refund when I stamped the ticket after the official starting date?
