Trying to add pass to new phone

Hi, I have just got a new phone, and I am trying to set up my rail planner app with my pass, but it wont let me add the pass as i have already activated it on another device (my old phone) what do I need to do?

You have to get in touch with customer service, tell them when you will travel.
