Hi, we will be missing our train today’s 10:06 Tirano to Chur Bernia express train. If we take a later train, would we be still able to see the same views? 

So I'm using the app on an amazing trip so far and everything on the app works brilliantly except one thing which makes taking screenshots for Instagram or such not work well. It is creating a line on it's own from the last destination I have entered so far back to my start destination. Does anyone know how to stop this?  

I cannot find the refund protection option when trying to purchase a 4 or 5 day pass. In the past, I was able to purchase as the “Plus” option, but now that it’s refund protection, I can’t find how to add it anywhere at checkout…?

We ordered paper passes and do not get them delivered. Interrail said they did send them. PostNL said they never got them. Interrail says I have to go to PostNL PostNL says Interrail has to ask them information, not me. Interrail says it is not their problem. And we can not travel if we do not have passes   What can we do. Who can help us?

I want to travel in august from Spain to france with 2 children (we are 2 adults)How much would the pass cost for the 4? We want to make the trip on one day, and the return trip on another day…Thanks you!!!!

This ferry trip has a discount in Ferry Grimaldi lines. The Eurail pass needs to be activated to get the discount. Does the ferry trip count as a EURAIL PASS TRAVEL  DAY ?Does the pass remain active for the given period ( 1 month etc ….) after the Eurail pass was used once ?Will the pass need to be activated specifically for the ferry trip ? Can the RailPlanner app be used for activation ot the Eurail pass, IF NECESSARY please ?

Hola!Este verano quiero hacer mi primer interrail. Voy a comprar el pase de 7 días viajando y la duración será de 22 días. Lo empezaría en San Sebastián y i primera parada quiero que sea Berlin. Se que hay un buen tramo pero es lo que quiero hacer. Después me gustaría ir a Krakovia y de ahí a Budapest. ¿Qué me recomendáis después? me gustaria ver Europa central, esto es, quiero leer vuestras recomendaciones de sitios que os han gustado ya sea por la diversidad cultura, paisajes, comida, seguridad, amabilidad….  Quiero evitar Praga y Viena ya que los he visitado anteriormente. Por otro lado, si el viaje lo empiezo en San Sebastian el 1 de julio, llego a Paris el 1 de julio y salgo de Paris el 1 de julio pero llego a Berlin el 2 de julio me cuenta como dos días e viaje? Gracias!!!!

Hi,Ive recently started looking into interrailing. Ive decided a global pass looks most suitable for me. I want the freedom of visiting a country and deciding how long I want to stay there once Im there, instead of booking it all in advance. I worry that I might only put aside 3 - 4 days in one place, and once Im there discover I want a bit longer. Therefore, Im asking how realisitic is this? Could I book each ticket to my next distination a day or two before? And once Im out of tickets just fly back home?For reference, Im thinking of going throughout September and most of October. Thank you in advance. 

Me and my wife was planing to travel this year with the train instand of flying (good for our planet) i just buy the 7 day pass and try to book my travel but it look like all train fro holand or belgie to Biarritz, France (i live close to the belgie border)are fully booked,is there a way that i can travel with the train? (i try now for 4 days and dont find normal way)It my first time that i try it and dont what to cancel the pass before i know i try everything.Thanks Tsafi

Hi, I booked a RJX train ticket from Innsbruck to Zurich on the OBB website and inadvertently booked a seat which I don’t like. Is there any possibility to amend the reserved seat location now? There is an option of seat only(no tickets) but it seems that would unnecessarily book two seats for me (the earlier one which I booked with the ticket and the new one with the preferred seat option) Thanks  Arnab 

Hello,  I’d like to buy a pass reservation for a TGV train from Paris to Forbach. Unfortunately, for our train SNCF claims that all seats are booked. Strange to say that for the same train it’s possible to book seats from Paris to Saarbrücken, but not for the shorter trip to Forbach.However, this would change our trip to be an international trip and to consume a home country day of our pass in germany which we don’t have available. Would it work to get a pass reservation to Saarbrücken and use our pass only for the way to Forbach, so no home country day would be used? It’s even bad enough that reservation fee goes up from 10€ to 18€ due to this-

Hi All, we are planning a trip to Pula via Lake Bled from London. There seems to be a lot of change overs and much longer journeys than I thought according to Train 61!Any advice for quicker, more direct journeys?

I've bought my pass yesterday and I intend to use it from the 15.07.2025 but whe I try to reserve seats it says that I can't because my pass is activated by 2026. Why is that possible?

Hi, I traveling to Paris to Bruxelles-CentralCheck the website , able to see the schedule of the from Rail Europe website, telling me I can’t the website unable to provide the bookng. Any advice how do I able to book seats via Euro Star?  

It says seat reservations are mandatory. Is this true or can I just hop on. 2nd class Global pass

Yes I’ve read from the link above that I should not use Rail Planner to plan my trips.However on SNCF Connect app, it shows 2:59pm to 6:21pm (3h22min; TGV 9874 to Strasbourg; then TER 96233 to Colmar)Which schedule is correct? How could TGV 9874 be happening at 16:52/4:52pm (Deutsche Bahn, Trainline & Rail Planner apps) and also at 2:59pm (SNCF Connect app info)I’m guessing the SNCF Connect app is wrong. My wife and I each have first-class passes for travel in Italy this summer. In making our seat reservations, we were apparently randomly assigned to seats rather than getting seats next to each other. Any way to rectify this? If we’re stuck with those for now, how do we avoid it on future reservations? Grazie.

Hello,I am finding the P&O website impossible to use. I want to cross the Channel on May 21. Directferries gives the time of the only departures available as 06:40 and 8:20, but my date and any other date I enter is labelled Sold out! This is clearly impossible, and so I am willing to arrive to Calais as early as I can by train from Lille, hoping to get a bus there from Calais Ville to the ferry port, or if necessary a taxi.Are there any later ferries? That would help.Is this doable? Thank you for your help,Brian. 

I am planning a trip in June. I have a global flexipass. I know that some train info is missing right now (mid February).The two legs I would like to plan are:London - Paris - San Sebastian all in one day on Weds June 5th.Bordeaux - Paris - London all in one day on Fri June 14th.I’d like to reserve the Eurostar tickets now. What has me confused is that I’ll be assuming I can make the rest of those journeys without knowing for sure (because the other schedules aren’t out yet).Can anyone tell me if those trips are common/easy/achievable? Or am I being ambitious? I want to avoid making Eurostar reservations now and then finding out closer to the time that I can’t make the rest of each of those trips work in one day.If anyone has experience / advice to share I would appreciate it. Is the train leg from visp to Zermatt covered on a global pass?? 

I am planning a 16 day trip this month to travel from Switzerland to Italy. Arriving in Zurich airport and going to Lucerne immediately. Will then travel to Grindewald for a few days before going to Zermatt. However, my next stop from Zermatt to Venice seems to be very more than 9 hours (based on the train schedule from SBB). I am planning to go to Rome after Venice before my final destination at Milan which is where I will fly back home.My questions are :(a) Should I buy Swiss Travel pass to travel within Switzerland? What pass should I buy since there are 2 countries i am travelling (b) Is there a faster train ride to travel from Zermatt to Venice? Based on what SBB provides, it is a very long ride with the need to make 5 train changes so I am hoping to find a shorter train ride. (c) Could I obtain advice which route requires seat reservations and should I purchase 1st or 2nd class seats? Thanking in advance. 

We are a family of 7. We only plan to travel on 2-3 day trips from Paris (Chantilly one day, Amiens another), and then the over night train on July 10th from Paris to Nice. Tickets are 160 Euro per person for that over night train so I planned to buy a Eurail pass for all of us for the overnight train at least. Not sure if we need a 3 day pass or just a one day pass for the night train, as the other trips are quite short. But I read that seat reservations for the night trains are limited for Eurail pass holders - How can I work out if the overnight train has space for us before I buy the Eurail pass? I don’t want to buy a pass then find I can’t book the seats for the trip I have planned! Thanks for your help

I am traveling with my 17 year old son 7th - London to Paris anytime after 5pm 10th - Paris to London 17th - Vienna to Prague 20th - Prague to Berlin 25th - Berlin to Amsterdam 27th - Day trip to Brussles (and burges or that on another day, not sure what is practical) Depart Amstardam on 1st Jan. - nothing to be booked.  I am also looking for suggestions of modes of transport to purchase within the cities please.
