Hello, I would like to buy a pass for 1-month Eurorail pass to visit different country in Europe.The plan is take the train at night for each city, start the first train at night in Paris to Rome, to stay almost 3 days and then take the train to go a Piza, for a day, and then to Florence to stay 2 days, and then go to Venice for 3 days and then Milano for 1 day, after take to Saint Morits – Vienne 2 days, Berlin 3, Amsterdam 2, Copenhagen 1, Stokholm 1, Oslo 1, Bruxelles 1 day, London 1, Madrid 2, Portugal 2Looking for some suggestions on the above trip. what would be the best option?Please help me plan this trip. Hi Community. We are thinking of taking the night train to Zagreb in late May this year. I have read on this forum that I should book the sleeping car using tickets.oebb.at. Is this the best option? Would appreciate input re Zagreb as we have never been to Croatia. Was thinking of taking the train to Split. Not sure of what to do next. As always, would appreciate your advice.

Hi! I purchased a "4 travel days in a month" ticket, but my issue is that I planned to be too far from my home country on the last day, so my doubt is:Can I use my last travel day to take a train to reach an airport to go to my country by plane? I mean: is it mandatory that the last travelday should always include a train to the country where I live? Hope my question was enough clear, Thank you! 

Hell everyoneMy travel plans are London to Gelshenkirchen return for 1 night, London to Frankfurt return for 1 night, London to Cologne return for 1 night. Can i use a 7 day flexi pass to complete these journeys? The website is contradictory.

Some companies offer a certain percentage of the ticket in refunds when the train arrives late at the destination. Can I claim the refund if I used interrail for that trip?

Hi, I’m planning to travel from Zurich to Milan. I will arrive to the station at 17:58 and the next train available to Milan leaves at 18:33. 30 minutes are enough to get to that train or do I need more time? Thanks in advance!

I have the Global pass and there is a rail strike for the day we leave Rome for Assisi and then Florence (22 Sept).  I read that some of the regional trains are running. We have reservations on the Frecciarosa from Rome to Assisi.  Where can I search to find it that train will be running?

Are we restricted to these tracks, or is it possible for us to travel by train to different cities on lines that are not connected to the yellow line?The yellow line is a specific train line that runs between capital cities. However, there are many other train lines that run throughout Europe, and you can travel to many different cities on these lines.

Hello, this will be our first time to Europe and have a couple questions.  We are traveling in Aug/Sept 2024 so we have time to plan.Our trip is 3 parts.  First part, arrive in London and travel to Edinburgh by train - travel around Scotland for 4 days and then train back to London.Part 2, fly from London to Budapest for 3 or 4 days.Part 3, travel from Budapest by train, probably going Salzburg, Munich, Zurich, and ending in Basel.  Spending a night in each city.Does a 4-7 day Eurail pass make sense (which would cover the London to Edinburgh legs, as well as Budapest to Basel), or would it be easier to just buy tickets as we go?  Days of travel will be known and our schedule will be flexible as far as train times are concerned.If we do go with a pass, is a paper pass easier to work with?  I’ve been reading reviews about issues with the app, wifi, etc. I can’t find much information on what you do with the paper pass when you are ready to board a train.Thank you!

When looking at a route form Florence SMN to Bologna there are two options for Bologna train station (Bologna city and Bologna centrale). Are these the same or different because when I put in the exact same route, the arrivals time at Bologna city is 25 ish minutes before Bologna centrale. If I want to be in the city centre, is Bologna central the correct station to arrive at?

We are a family of four from Germany, and this summer we will embark on our first-ever Interrail trip. Together with our seven- and eight-year-old children, we will travel from near Bremen via the usual route through Copenhagen and Malmö to Stockholm, then continue to Östersund, and from there to a small station located along the Inlandsbanan. To all those who have traveled with children: is it better to travel during the day with an overnight stop, or should we dare to take on the adventure of a night train journey? I’m looking forward to your feedback.

Hello, I am traveling by train in the Balkans with a 15-day pass valid in all countries. It expires in early December and I still have days left to travel. I am looking to travel from Belgrade (Serbia) to Thessaloniki (Greece) by train. This train exists in real life but not in the Interrail planner. Can I add it manually? And do I need to reserve a seat on board? Or is activating my travel day sufficient?Thank you for your help!

Does anyone know if there’s luggage lockers at Rothenburg Ob Der Tauber Train Station? I am visiting Rothenburg from Wurzburg, and I am staying there for a day, then returning back to Wurzburg next day. The place I am staying doesn’t offer luggage storage, and I check in late, so I was thinking of leaving my luggage at the train station, but I just wanted to make sure that they have it before I proceed with it. If not I am thinking of leaving the non-essentials at the Wurzburg Train Station.

We are having trouble booking the Nightjet from Amsterdam to Basel on July 31 2025.  For that date it says, “Currently not reservable”.  (Also for Aug 1 & 2) But dates before and after seem to be fine. Any suggestions?
