Changed mobile phone - how to have the pass on there?
I have changed my movile phone and now i can’t get my pass because it is active in the oldest phone. So how can i solve this problem? Please it’s very urgent because my trip starts in less than two weeks, so if anyone have this problem and could give me an answers it will be very nice. Thank you so much

I am unable to track customer service for a refund
Hi, last week I noticed there was a mistake in my pass 20 minutes before the train I needed to take, when asked about this problem their quick solution was for me to buy a pass of equal value. Since then I haven’t heard back about when I will receive my money back, because I do not need 2 passes and need my money back I have been writing without any answer. Is there anywhere I can call since the mails/ customer service request are not stating anything on when I will have my money back? thanks in advance
Salzburg to Zargreb via Ljubljana. From 5th sep no tickets available
Up until 5th September there are day trains on this scenic route fromSalzburg to Zagreb. But from 5th Sept there are no tickets available and it seems like you have to go via Budapest. Does anyone know what the problem is? It doesn’t seem to be just a delay in allowing the tickets to go on line. Many thanksMaxtoby
How to reserve seat: Child pass (paper pass) Greek Island Pass?
Hi!GREEK ISLAND PASS (PAPER) + CHILDI can’t seem to be able to reserve seats online for my child 10 yrs. I was issued an adult paper pass + child pass under the same paper pass cover (i.e. same pass cover number). When trying to book online for one of the ferry lines, there’s an error notice at the very end saying that "the document must be unique for every trip route". Does this mean that the child should have their own pass cover and number?I managed to insert as an adult for the online system to give the free island pass rate, but in the end the system refuses to book for the child. Thanks very much for your advice!
Train connection invalid in some countires
I booked an Interrail Poland Pass for my trip from Wiesbaden to Sedzilaw with my wife and the recommended train connection to do so is to take the ICE1557 at 8:26 am on the 15th August 22 and to drive to Dresden-Neustadt.The Pass however won't allow me to book the ICE to Dresden-Neustadt. The reason for this is according to the app that my bought Interrail Poland Pass is not valid in some countries.I used once the same Interrail Poland Pass and it worked out for me because of the "Incoming and Outcoming" guarantee. What can I do?
All details it easier to have all trip details on one smartphone or on two separate phones?
I will be travelling with my wife. Is it better for each of us to have his/her pass, travel details, tickets etcetera on his/her own smartphone ? Or is is easier to put all our details on only one smartphone please ?
Not able to have two passes on the same trip or how do I deselect my wife's pass and add it to the same trip as myself?
HiI have bought two mobile passes for my wife and myself. I created a trip and added my mobile pass number to the trip. I then went to add my wife but needed a different trip name so I copied trip and called it something different and added her pass number.I am now trying to book seat reservations but only have the option for myself as I cannot add my wife to the same trip as myself and therefore book two seats.Got in contact by email with Eurail two weeks ago and all I get is apologies for the delay in getting back to me. Problmi con spedizione dei biglietti cartacei
Il mese scorso ho acquistato le prenotazioni dei treni che necessitavano di un supplemento, sia quelli cartacei, che quelli digitali. I biglietti digitali mi sono giunti il giorno stesso per mail, mentre quelli cartacei sono stati spediti qualche giorno dopo, tuttavia non sono ancora arrivati, tracciando la spedizione sembra che il pacco sia in Italia, ma non si sa quando giungerà a destinazione. Dato che tra pochi giorni devo partire per l'interrail mi chiedevo se fosse possibile ricevere un documento digitale che certifichi i posti sui treni da me acquistati.
Swapped adult and youth pass
Hello,When we bought our passes we thought we made sure that the correct pass was assigned to the correct person but here we are. I am now unable to activate my pass because I am older than 27, while my partner has activated the adult pass. Any idea on how we can fix this?

Seat reservation not recieved
Still on Monday I booked seat reservations from Vicenza to Milano Centrale, from Strasbourg to Paris Est and from Paris Est to Bruxelles-Midi. To this day I haven’t recieved the confirmation email with my seats despite the payment being processed and the bank report stating that the money has been collected by “Eurail Utrecht NLD”.It has been two days since I first contacted the support service and I recieved a single email by an operator on Tuesday in which I was asked to send the payment ID, thing that I did. After that I never heard anything from anyone. Also my seat reservation overview is empty. I should leave on Monday and there are no more seats aviable so I’m stuck in limbo seeing as my travel companion has managed to book his seats without any kind of problem.
Cancellation after Activating Pass (Covid)

Before we started it turned out that I have covid, so we did not go.Is there any chance to cancel the activation?
