Hey Guys,I going Back to Germany and would Take the train from Florence to Dortmund. The train Starts at 13:20 and i have 4 Changes. The departure of my Last Train would be around 00:01 from munich to Dortmund. My Question is, i really need a new travelday because of that 2 minutes ?Thanks a Lot for your Help and greetings !
Hey everyone, I’m trying to reserve a seat for the bus going from Triest to Villach Hbf. However, when I go to the oebb.at website to reserve a seat, it says ‘ticket unavailable’. Is it possible that there is another way to make this reservation?Thanks for your help!Ward
Hello!I want to make a seat reservation for train from Barcelona to Valence. I tried it through interrail website and it says that is has to be delivered to me by post and also that it would´t arrive on time (but my travel is in august and now is june, so i don´t get why it would take so long to deliver it). I know it has to be on paper and not online, but i don´t know what to do as long as i don´t want to buy it that day at the station because i´m scared it would be sold out. Isn´t there any way shipping could be faster? I also tried making the reservation on SNCF website, but there is no way how to do that there if i understant it correctly. Thank you for any help!
My home country is Germany but I’m living in Austria. I want to travel from Austria to Germany on one travel day and from Germany to France on another day (and the same route back). Is this possible or should I (or can I) change my country fom Germany to Austria?
Hi all! I am looking to book a post graduate Europe trip with my college roommates and was wondering what it would mean if we booked the 15 or 22 day Global pass? I see that it says we have 15 rides or 22 rides depending on the package we choose, but I was wondering if it means I have to use all the passes in a row? Or is it that I have the 15 rides for a certain amount of time and as long as I use them in that time frame it is one price? Any answers or advice will be helpful!
Hi,Does anyone know if they have a phone number for customer service? I bought my pass yesterday and downloaded the app, however, the app does not allow entering the pass code. The following message appears: something went wrong. please try again, or contact customer service if this keeps happening. The internet is ok, the name and code is correct and the app version is the latest. It's been 7 hours since I asked for service and they haven't returned. Customer service is bad. Thank you
Difficulty reserving paper tickets Paris - Barcelona ''not enough time for delivery'' but booking 6 weeks in advance?
Hello,I am trying to reserve tickets for Paris to Barcelona and Barcelona to Marseille. Both these tickets require paper tickets to be delivered. I am booking 6 weeks in advance, yet when I put in a shipping address it says that there is not enough time for the tickets to be delivered. This happens even when I make the shipping address a hostel on the way, or any country I put in. How can there not be enough time to deliver to any address with 6 weeks worth of time?
Hello, I’m travelling from Vienna to Paris. I’m going from Vienna to Frankfurt and from Frankfurt to Paris.My 2 options are the following:1) Vienna - Frankfurt 11:02 - 18:23Frankfurt - Paris 18:56 - 22:522) Vienna - Frankfurt 6:37 - 14:19Frankfurt - Paris 16:56 - 20:47So I prefer option 1 because is more direct and only 33 minutes to change and not having to wake up so early. My question is if any one knows if with corona there are any important delays and maybe that 33 minutes are not enough to change or even to reach the train.

That’s great! already bought thatNow I was wondering if I can buy another 1-month pass to use later this year. It seems the offer ends in 3 days, and I still won’t have activated the first one. Will that interfere with the current pass or can I “hoard” another one? It seems too good to be true, wanted to check
@Nanja I purchased several batches of seat reservations on 3rd April, and three separate charges appear on my credit card relating to these purchases. However, the seat reservations were never sent to me, and I do not appear to have a confirmation number for them. I emailed your support email about this on 4th April, listing the seat reservations I had purchased, but have not received any response. I tried again today and still have not had a response.One of the trips I have is leaving in less than a month, so i can’t wait any longer for these seat reservations (or a response from your team). I have purchase some of the reservations again, but some of the ones I needed are no longer available. Could you please get back to me ASAP on this issue?
In September my wife and I are taking an Interrail trip from the UK to Italy via Paris. I’ve managed to make seat reservations for all the various legs of the journey except the trip from Firenze SMN to Milano Centrale on Wednesday 21st September. The journey should only take a couple of hours but the ones listed for that date are all over 5 hours long with 2 or 3 changes? If I look for Saturday 17th it’s all OK (1h 55m) but if I click over to the following day (and beyond) it’s showing 5 and 6 hour journey times? Can I expect that these times will change nearer the date and how near to that date will I have to wait?
Hey,On my next coming Interrail trip I'd to use the nighttrain between Zagreb and Zürich. But I've seen in the Rail Planner App and also in the DB Navigator, that this train travels between Salzburg and Innsbruk through Germany.I'm from Germany, so I don't know if I have to use my In- and my Outbound journey for this train or does a specific rule apply on this specific route, because I have seen that this train and also all the other trains don't stop in Germany. I am looking at the Eurail timetable for the Lyria train from Basel to Paris, for departure in early January. There are no trains available for that time period at the moment. Other providers like Deutsche Bahn already have the time tables on line. I will not buy a Global Pass until I am sure I get a seat on this train. Don't want end up having to buy a full ticket for this segment. Any idea what the holdup is for the eurail timetable access to the Lyriia train ? This is not even 3 month in advance.Claus
I am so confused on how to use the trains in Europe. We are going to small towns across Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Someone said to get a Eurail pass, but on their website it doesn’t show most of the towns I want to go to on the drop-down menu. Do I skip the Eurail pass and book each train ride individually before I leave the US (like from the DB website, etc.), or do I blindly purchase a Eurail pass and just hop on the trains over there without reserving? Totally lost right now 😦
I am trying to reserve a seat on a Eurostar train from London St Pancras (Gb) to Paris Nord (Fr) but the app/website is not allowing me to do it through the Eurail reservation system. I tried using the www.b-europe.com reservation system but it requires a pass cover number. Something that the mobile pass does not come with. Any suggestions?
Mi pase interraíl móvil fue activado en abril, y activé también después todos los trenes que utilizaré en mi viaje. Hace unos días entré en la app y todos mis viajes habían sido borrados y mi pase desactivado. Volví a activarlo todo, pero un par de trenes no me aparecían ya como disponibles, así que los entré manualmente. ¿Hay algún problema con activar trenes de forma manual?
