And if it is, how can we do that ? We’re worried because during our trip sometimes we only have 6minutes to change of trainThank ans have a nice trip😊
Hi ! I'm wondering if is it possible to join Denmark to Germany by the sea? I don't find trains and ferry in the Rail Planner App. I was thinking that there may be trains / ferries crossing the sea to connect Rodbyhavn to Puttgarden or Gedser to Rostock. Does anyone made this trip and could give me some information on this ?Thanks !
Hi, I have been in contact with the support but to no success. Me and my friends have individual mobilepasses since we will be doing most of the tip together. When I want to add them to the trip and make reservations I need the pass cover number and the issuer. We bought our mobilepasses though this website and the support and other threads have said the same, that you don’t need those just the email. But, the website will not let me make reservations or add the travellers without issuer and pass cover number.We have all contacted the support a few days ago to get our pass cover numbers.How do I do this step by step if I do not need my pass cover number or issuer, like I am supposedly able to?Just FYI, I did click “I purchased my pass on interrail.eu” and followed the septs sent to me by the support.Hope to get some answers soon.
Hello,I live in France and I've bought a one country pass for 3 days in Italy. I've also activated my pass on Rail Planner and it gives me 3 QR codes for 3 trip that I planned. Is that my final tickets or I have to book for reservation?I saw that trains that I'll take needs reservations, but I still don't know how to do the reservations. Is there anyway I can do it online or I must book reservation at the train station or call centre? Or can I do it somewhere in France?Thank you for your time,Have a nice trip,Mei
Bought 2 global interrail passes in Feb 21 and now because of COVID and extra cost of tests etc, we cannot travel. We are sure it said they were exchangeable when we booked them but the website says promotional passes are not. Passes due to start 24 July so urgently need answer.

Hi, i'm starting my interrail on july 28th doing paris - berlin with a stopover in franckfurt but by entering them in my mobile pass it counts as 3 days of travel ..(Paris 19:06 -> Franckfurt 22:59 then Franckfurt 00:54 -> Berlin 7:18)do you know how to fix this? Thank you in advance
Hello together,we got a few general questions regarding the reservation-booking. We used the reservation booking tool from interrail but it shows us following message for bookings in denmark:“No results were found for this connection. Please try again or find an alternative booking method.”. If I click on the alternative booking method, there’s either a callcenter provided or it says I have to book it at the trainstation. Is any trainstation meant or the trainstation in denmark where we want to take the train from? Is the callcenter also working for every country or only for switzerland, because there’s written that its especially for switzerland. Is it also working if we just book/buy the reservations short time before the departure or do we have the risk that there’s no space left? Hi all, anyone recently been travelling from Kiato to Pireaus? Can I just hop on board the train with my interrail ticket, without an ekstra ticket for the train? I am arriving shortly before the train departs, so would be nice to know I dont have to look for tickets first.Best regards Karina
Hi there!I'm planning to go on a trip through Germany in a couple of weeks. It’ll be my first time using Interrail, so I want to ask about a few things to ensure that my trips goes as smooth as possible. ;)So I'm going to assume that I'll be traveling with a Mobile Ticket (though the paper version probably isn't that much different in this case). As how I understand it, I need to fill in the trainstation where I'm departing from and the destination I'll be travelling to. The app will generate a code/ticket which I can show to a ticket inspector (this also works without internet, right?). Please correct me if I'm wrong!Now my main question: may I leave a train earlier than I wrote down in the app? Example: I'm in Hamburg and want to take a train to Kassel, so that's what I'll write down in the app. However, halfway on my journey I change my mind and want to stop at Hannover (where that same train makes a stop too). Will I be able to change my destination from Kassel to Hannover afterwar
Hi, can I travel in both directions (eg. Berlin → Frankfurt and Frankfurt → Berlin) on one travel day or can I go only in one direction?Do I have to have trip completely planned in order to add it to my mobile pass in the app or can I add journeys after activating my pass?Thanks in advance!
Hey guys, hopefully someone can help me. Together with 2 other students we're trying to reserve seats for our trip to Luzern. The seat resevations from FRANKFURT to MULHOUSE are required, but I'm not able to add them to my cart. When I click the 'Zo kun je deze verbinding boeken’ button and fill in the details on bahn.de, this is the result:The current trip is on the 15th of August, leavin Amsterdam at 9:07 AM and arriving in Luzern at 7:05 PM.Can someone please help, we're totally unsure of what to do. I have read on this site about several folks who have had problems with the Mobile Pass. Can I ask--is there anyone out there that has had good success with Mobil? We will be buying consecutive day passes, so assuming it only has to be activated once. (?) We will probably have to make a couple of seat reservations, but most of our trips don’t seem to require them.Thanks for the patience with a rookie.BL
Hi all, I am planning a journey from the Netherlands to Poland starting from August 4th. I had to wait until I had permission from my work which I received yesterday. According to the Interrail website, the shipping of the pass is 3 - 8 days when choosing premium shipping, so i thought it would be fine. However, when I wanted to buy the global (5 days in a month) pass, i found out that it was only possible to select the standard shipping. The first travel day possible would be August 6th. I know that it is also possible to buy the digital pass but I prefer the paper ticket…. As I have like 2 weeks left, i hope that someone knows how to buy a interrail pas that arrives on time. Hello Community, recently i have picked my journey from Venice (ITA) to Nice (FRA). I have checked it via eurail webpage, and i have also booked requested reservation for trains in Italia (Frecciarossa 9728 (from Venice to Milano Centrale) and also for FrecciaBianca 909 from Milano Centrale to Ventimiglia).When i tried to add these journeys to my trip, i am not able to find second train in Italia (FrecciaBianca 909) So currently i have Ticket in railplanner app + reservation from Venice to Milan, Then i have Reservation from Milan to Ventimiglia, and then i have ticket in railplanner app from Ventimiglia to Nice (reservation here is not required).Please can you help me how can i add a ticket to railplanner app for part of my journey from Milan to Ventimiglia? Or what should i do to have proper documents ready?It would be good if somebody can help me before Wednesday 21.7.Thanks in advance.Br,Pavol.
Hello,I just made a big mistake as i was trying to cancel a journey: i cancelled the travel day i wanted and booked a new travel day... but for today. It's the evening, i'm not going to travel today and i can't delate this travel day i just booked because the day has already started.I don't have any other travel days and i would like to travel tomorrow. I installed the Interrail Rail Planner App (several times). But my mobile is always shutting down, when opening it. I´ve tried various ways solving the problem (reinstalling, App Settings as proposed, ...), but nothing has changed. Now it´s only 3 weeks to go, before our trip begins. The seat reservations are bought. What can I do, if I should not find a way to start the App on my mobile? How can I activate my pass and proof / show my tickets?I reported the problem to the customer service some weeks ago, but the advice wasn´t helpful. The prior condition was always a started app e.g. for error logging and so on. But as I wrote: The mobile (Huawei P 8, Android 6.0, is shutting down after starting the app before I can do anything.
Hi, I just started my journey, I am currently on a train. Just when my ticket was about to be checked, I opened the app and my pass was not there. I re-added it successfully but as I did that, my old trip was somehow disconnected from my pass and a new one was connected. On the new pass, I cannot add an outbound journey for some reason. The journey above is empty as you can see. The date on both is July 19. I need to set this as my outbound journey because otherwise, I will have a travel day less. Also when I add more journeys to this day, some of the previous ones get deleted. Please help me with this as soon as possible, i'm on a train in the middle of nowhere by myself and I cannot reach anyone from interrail. Help within 2 business days is really not fast enough
Hey, I‘m struggling on booking seat reservations for the TGV in France. I‘m on the Website of french railway and clicked the Box „Seat reservation (I already have a pass)“ but when I continue I can only book complete tickets. Where can I book Seat reservations only? I want to go from Paris to Marseille and from Nice to Paris. Thanks in advance!
