Hi community members,

Maybe you have noticed that we had numerous spam posts within the community this morning trying to disrupt our service. If you were inconvenienced in any way we sincerely apologise. The community site is back to normal and we want to assure you that no system or service was compromised as a result of the spam accounts. At Eurail, we take the privacy and security of our systems very seriously and will always take swift action to protect our travellers. It is important and we do want to remind you that this is a public forum, please be mindful to never share any personal information (e.g. email address, passport number, pass number etc.). We do our best to identify when this happens within the Eurail community and we will always try to notify the user and delete these messages.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us, our team is available to assist you.

Have a nice day!

Kind regards,

Jody (Research Analyst of Eurail)
