I have submitted another issue to customer services about two weeks ago. This company kept saying they will come back in 48 hours. No response as of today. Very disappointing at this company with no creditability.
Yes, I also have the same problem of journey disappear after closing the app upon reopen, even though I am planning my trip 2 months ahead.
