Actually, there seems to be a glitch in the Railplanner App so that it treats Storlien as two completely separate stations and doesn't connect the journeys there. So what you need to do is perform two separate searches: from Sundsvall to Storlien (Sweden) and from Storlien (Norway) to Trondheim. I tried the same from Östersund: Also, the information that you need a reservation from Storlien to Trondheim is not correct, I called Entur and they said they couldn't even make a reservation for this train. I wanted to do that in the opposite direction from Trondheim to Sundswall on June 6 roughly but I cannot find the leg between Storlien SW and Sundswall in the app. Can you help please?
I finally wrote to the customer service using their form and they replied and sent payment details. I have my ticket with Interrail discount now. Thanks for your answers.
Both trains are in the app. If you don't see them, then please update the app. You can take the train from Copenhagen at 9:27, but of course also an hour earlier if you want. I have just found out how to update the app... Thanks.
Sorry for my dumb question but how do I update the app? I am connected almost continuously, isn't that done automatically please?
Many thanks, I will add it manually because I do not see these trains in the planner and they are covered.
I want to travel on May 27 which is a Saturday. According to man in seat 61 there should be a train at 8:27 from Copenhagen with arrival to Gothenburg at 13:20 and then at 14:15 from Gothenburg to Oslo at 17:43. I simply don't see it. The planner suggest Gothembourg or Goteborg and neither works. What am I doing wrong?
“The train between Visp and Zermatt isn't included in your Interrail Pass, but you'll get a discount.” This is said here: https://www.interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip/trip-ideas/recommended-routes/classic-routes/italy-switzerland-2-weeksPlease somebody explain.
Many thanks.
That is correct. Your pass will show the last activation day. I have a question regarding this part: “And I can then use the full 2 months until an end date of 10 June?”In fact, the pass can only be used until 9 June 11:59 pm, is that correct? It is no longer valid on 10 June. Many thanks.
mcav “Dk if the chosen tel-nr cto load app on an also be changed if the need for that arises” - what is “cto” please?BTW Since I plan to travel in also in Britain, I´d better add the passport number which would mean a I need to have it handy whenever on the train :-(, is that correct?
I am not too keen about using a mobile pass but I am unabe to specify the date of activation right now. I do not have an Iphone but and Android; does the App work properly on Android please?
And yes, when buying online it checks the birth date and it does not let me buy a senior pass since my birthday is on August.
If I get a paper pass from an international counter, I would need to specify the date of activation, is that correct?
Angelo, please explain: What do you mean that only two days per pass can be used in the UK? Does it applies to the Interrail Global Pass please?
I could not buy it either. I think there should be some possibility though.
