@Angelo how to check TER trains? SCNF connect doesn't seem to have any information
@Angelo , I checked, and seems like the train is ok, or am I not seeing something.
@mcadv , could I do the same for the Basel SBB to Luzern? Do you know of a site that I can see TRN train information?
@mcadv , thanks for responding. They didn’t inform. I just searched the train number in scnf connect and found out that it was cancelled. There are some train strike notices I got in my email, so wanted to check.
@rvdborgt one more potential issue… some of the legs say, “you don’t have to book a reservation”, do you still have to book a reservation, or is it safe to just use the pass?
Thanks @rvdborgt . My bad. I wasn’t looking hard enough.So, in general, can I look at other railway sites to book reservations, other than through eurail? What other sites are there?I am looking at another Journey from Amsterdam to London, and I see the same issue on some legs. These are the Trains I see with issues: THA9364, ES 9157. Are there other sites I can book the reservation from?
Thanks @rvdborgt Another issue: I bought the ICE seat reservation. Now I can’t seem to find the “journey” to add to the Global Pass, in my App. The search seems to filter out routes that are now not available. There is a “Manual” entry option, but I don’t know enough about the specific trip to add it Manually. Do you have any suggestions.
Thank you @rvdborgt . One more issue I am facing. In OBB, I see two trains NJ and IC. Both operating at the same time from BASEL SBB (Switzerland) to UTRECHT CENTRAAL. Only the NJ is in the Eurail reservation system. I don’t see the IC in the Eurail reservation results. The NJ in OBB says “No tickets Available”.Not sure if I can go ahead and book the IC, and whether it will honor the Eurail Global Pass. Would you be able to help?
Thanks @rvdborgt. I selected seat only. There is an option for first class. Is it possible to check that, if the Global Pass is First Class?
I am having a similar issue, but with 2 passengers, after going through 2 steps of checkout and during the “Review your Trip” step. Trip is from BASEL SBB (Switzerland) to UTRECHT CENTRAAL (Netherlands). Any ideas on how to get through this error Please mention travel date and departure time.
