About 2 weeks ago I found out about the complementary caregiver pass and submitted a support request (Id #212586) but I haven't got a reply yet.How do I get the caregiver pass?I am eligible for a caregiver (“begleitperson”) in Germany but I don't know if this makes me eligible for a complementary interrail caregiver pass.Best regards

Hi, I was wondering if i can return my paper passes (purchased prior to covid) to change to Mobile passes for my upcoming travel. I would like to book my reservations now as it seems seats/times are running out. Please help. Travelling to Europe next week. I have emailed Eurail support my paper passes and waiting for a response so they can confirm it can be returned. And if confirmed i can repurchase Mobile tickets and wait for a refund for my paper passes.
On my previous journey, there are a total of 4 days that I will need to activate my EURAIL Flexi pass to travel between countries, however, I was not able to activate the pass on any single day. I already contacted the customer service but they only reply that they would response within 48 hours, but until now, there are still no response. And because of that, I need to pay for a train ticket fee, which I should no be paying because I already purchased the Eurail pass. Is it possible to refund the ticket fee, since this issue is the Eurail’s responsibility?
My friends and I booked 4 second class passes. We wanted to travel through Italy, so we had to reserve seats for those trains in Italy. We decided to do this via Interail. However, they sent us reservations for first class.So now we want to cancel the second class passes and book 4 first class passes, because there are no second class seats available on any other website. Our question is: can we still use the first class seat reservations we received with our new, first class passes, or are those reservations linked to our second class passes, because we booked those seats via our second class passes on Interrail?
