Hello everyone, I have sent this email to the three support emails of Interrail, and I was wondering if this situation also happened to another person, because I´m worried this is not normal… Hi, my name is Lara and I have won a #DiscoverEU travel ticket.After submitting my booking form, I have received an email byhello@start-discover.eu (on 01/06/2022) saying that they had verifiedmy identity successfully, but i did not receive any furtherinformations on my DiscoverEU travel ticket, or the account thatwould've been created for me, as it is said after submitting thebooking form:"Within the hour, you will receive via e-mail your flex pass. Theemail has as a subject “Your order is confirmed – here’s what’s next”and is sent from the email address “customerservice@interrail.eu”."I have already checked my spam, looked everywhere in my email, andnothing. This email was not sent.I ask for your help because I am getting worried, I'm afraid that Iwon't receive my interrail pass...Thank you so m
