Hello, I have a travel plan for February, I have an "unlimited pass" ticket, I want to start my journey from Greece and go from there to Venice, to visit Europe, but when I look at the train times and reservation, I could not see a train departing from or from Greece. . Have train services to Greece stopped? How can I get information about this, I will plan my trip accordingly. My itinerary was as followsAthens ---> Thessaloniki ---> Skopje ---> Belgrade ---> Zagreb ---> Ljubljana ---> VeniceIf there is an easier way to start from Greece and go to Italy or Venice, could you please share with me, this will be my first interrail trip, I don't know much about routes and travel and do I need to make a reservation for each trip in advance or can I get on directly from the station.Thank you so much everyone
I just wanted to pay the tickets with my credit card, I filled all the forms and my credit card number, but when I clicked the button, all thing just restarted, and it had me to refill the credit card number again. Now, I’m worry about whether I should fill the credit card number again. I’m afraid that I have to the pay double tickets.

We paid for the mobile eurail pass 8 hours ago (around 14:00 UTC, 11/16) using the debit card.Still we did not receive any confirmation email. Besides, any orders cannot be found in the account information.. However, there is a confirmation that we already paid for the pass by the history of the debit card. I selected all my reservations and entered payment details, after clicking “Pay” is loops back to asking me to enter payment details. I tried various browsers and different credit cards. Same issue. I purchased the Eurail 1st class pass for all my travels previously.I will like to check do I need to purchase a ticket to be guarantee a seat? I tried to purchase a ticket but most trains show “You're ready to board”. I am just concern that I may not be able to board the train on the actual day.If there is no tickets require to purchase, may I also check what do I show to enter the train platform?What do I show to the train person when he/she checks? Hello, I need an advice. I have an Interrail Global Pass for 4 days in a month and traveled from my hometown in Germany to Spain on October 26th/27th. I want return via Paris and Basel on the 3rd/4th November. Now the App tells me: “Apparently you have used all your trips abroad/country of resicence. You have to buy a separate ticket.” Why? What can I do?
I booked several reservations worth 72€ yesterday and got a confirmation email. The money already left my account, however, I am unable to access the e-tickets for the reservations. The reservation overview view says “You currently have no reservations”. Does anyone know what the issue could be or whether I can get my money back? Hello: I would like to book the entire deluxe sleeper compartment for me and my husband on NJ Milan to Salzburg. We don’t want anyone else in the compartment. How can I do this? The website isn’t clear. It prompts me to book a private cabin but then tells me others may be in the compartment. Thanks for your help. Kathy
We had a great holiday in the summer, but were not able to use our passes on SE France - between Marseilles and Antibes as the ticket office at Lyon said Interrail was not accepted by the local train company. We had to buy tickets totalling 140 euros!!The app and a subsequent post by a moderator called Claudi said compensation/refund was available. We contacted customer services on our return 5 weeks ago, have sent in the tickets bought on Aug 3 but have just been told that we can’t be compensated and should try the station at Lyon. Can anyone help please?

Does anybody have information regarding a Transport National Strike in France starting Oct. 17 and running through Oct. 23?We have only seen it on one website (https://worldinparis.com/transport-in-france-strike-news-tips-for-traveling-to-paris) and nowhere else.Would that impact trains and flights from France? We are scheduled to fly from Bordeaux for Barcelona on Oct. 17 on Ryanair.I looked at trains as a potential plan, but most of them are sold out according to Trainline - with one available also using a bus to go from Narbonne to Barcelona.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

I re-booked the seats as my prior order went wrong (apparently when I first tried there was a technical issue with Italian trains), this time I received the tickets in my email but I can't see the order in the Reservations Overview page in my Interrail account, is that normal?.Moreover, does anyone know when I’ll approximately receive the refund for the first order?
