Hi everyone,I have to ask a question. We are going to travel all around the north of Europe and finally we have almost everything booked. But we have one problem. We will be traveling also from Tornio Itainen to Helsinki (start 2.9. 22:16 → end 3.9. 10:45) - seat reservation required. This train is normally in railplaner app and I can also find it on eurail reservation system, but when I want to buy reservation, it writes to me this (viz added picture). Do you know why? Did sth like this happened to somebody?Than I checked the train on www.vr.fi and its completely empty. I also write on their customer service and there they told me, that only seat reservation without ticket I need to buy it through calling their service or in Helsinki train station (in where I am traveling, so I wont be able to buy it here). Did anybody had the same problem and solved it out somehow? Thanks a lot
Hello,I have a question about trains in Baltic area. I solved how to get fron Tallinn to Riga by trains (through Valga), but these trains are not in rail planner app. How do I get my tickets with Interrail Pass? Because if i dont have the route in app, I dont have QR code. Is it possible to go to station in Tallinn and show them, that I have Interrail Pass and they give me the ticket? Or how does it work? Thanks, Anet
Hi,so as we have planned our tour, we are going to travel also from Lulea to Helsinky. We found a train Lulea → Haparanda and then Tornio Itainen → Helsinki. On a map we can see, that Haparanda station and Tornio Itainen station is about one hour walk? Does anybody performed this trip? Is it easy to cross the border? Or is it even possible? I was looking on different maps and it looks like it is pretty easy (e.g. as crossing the borders from Czechia to Slovakia, you just walk :D). So I am just making sure, that its pretty easy and you just walk and you are in Finland. Thanks for your help
Hi everyone!I know, that there had been lots of questions about traveling thorough Baltic area. But still I want to ask you again. Is there any possibility, that we can somehow combine train and bus to travel from Riga to Vilnius? We really need to plan this route so any advice would help us.Thanks a lot!Anet
Hello! Thanks a lot for your service I have a question. We have interrail pass (1 month of traveling) and we have a few questions. 1) When I activate my pass in mobile app, will it automaticly generate QR code of the ticket? I know, that I need to reserve the train in the app, but I mean, when sth happens and we need to quickly run into another train and don't manage to reserve it in the app, is there still possibility, that I have my ticket in the app and I can show it to the ticket person in the train without previous booking of the train? 2) We will be also traveling in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. There your app is not working. But we found out, that you have some discount on bus tickets for example. Can you please tell me, how I can use this discount? I was trying to book some ride with company we should have discount, but I couldn't find some space do add the discount. Or can you please tell me the best travel opportunities from Tallinn to Riga and then from Riga to Vilnius, th
