Hi I’m trying to escape the London heat to Paris and beyond!Specifically I’m trying to book a seat reservation on b-europe and finding almost none, while on Eurostars site they show plenty of availability for new ticketsThe call center is refusing calls and offering a 28 day response period to email inquiriesI stay somewhat outside of London and can’t easily get to the station to ask in personany help greatly appreciated!
hello I’m on a train now. I created a trip, activated a travel day but cannot add the pass to the trip. Please see screenshot with no option to add the pass. I am using an iPhone. User error? I saw a mention of deleting the cache but I can’t find a reference to this in the help / FAQ.
