What happens if my seat reservations have been returned to sender? They were sent to my accomodation who weren’t available at the time of delivery (and didn’t go to collect as promised) and subsequently have been returned to sender which is Eurail. I’m really counting on these seat reservations. Thanks in advance for your help.
As requested by eurail.com, I supplied my accomodation address when buying seat reservations for 6 of us to ride from Paris to Barcelona on 1/10/22. The accomodation office wasn’t open when they delivered the mail so now it’s sitting back at the post office (the accomodation told me they missed it) I’m still in Australia so obviously can’t collect. Will it sit there safely until I arrive in Paris on 29th September? That will mean it’s there for over one month. Thanks in advance for your help.
Eurail.com doesn’t let me buy reservations for a train from Edinburgh to London on 26/9/22. If I buy from somewhere like trainline.com it doesn’t give me the option to use my Globalpass. I do have a family and friends railcard that I can use but don’t know which way is the best way to goThanks for your help in advance :)
I have booked for 6 people to go from Venice to Monterosso on 11th October 22. There’s three legs -Venice - Florence (requires seat reservation)Florence - Viareggio (doesn’t require seat reservation)Viareggio - Monterosso (requires seat reservation)I was sent tickets via email for the 2 legs that require seat reservations but nothing for the second leg from Florence to Viareggio. I purchased 6 Global Passes for my family of 6. When I did the math it made sense. But then when it came to booking I realised that trains were not always going to be my best option. I now think I’m better off cancelling my global pass as it’s $3600 AUD that I can put into our holiday. My question is; with the 2 reservations I have made what happens to my reservations. I still need to take those trips.Here’s what I booked:Paris to Barcelona - 1st October 22 @10.12am - I paid USD $232 for my 6 set reservations.London to Paris on the Eurostar - 28th September - I paid AUD $197.76What happens if I’m on the train and they ask to see my Global Pass and we don’t have one? I booked a reservation for 6 of us from Barcelona to Paris on 4th October at 9.10. It said 'thankyou we are processing your order' and that it may take up to 30mins to receive it in your account. Well it processed the payment of AUD $336.41 however I never received any confirmation email and the reservation doesn't show up in my account at all. So it seems there's been a glitch and I've paid for 6 x reservations I don't have. What should I do?

I can’t seem to get my hands on tickets for Edinburgh to Gloucester on the 24th of September. Trainline.com haven’t yet released tickets (is this normal for just over a month out). Eurail.com says you can’t book them there. acprail.com say dates not available. Any other ideas? I’d love to feel organised as I’ve booked accomodation. thanks so much for your help :)
I activated 6 passes (my family) on my phone but used the confirmation number rather than the passport number in the required box. (Long story, embarrassing I know) We have booked one trip it’s not for another month. Can I deactivate and then deactivate (on same device) with light affecting my trip? How can I book 6 seat reservations from Barcelona to Paris on the 9.10 train on Tues 4th October using my global passes? I tried to make seat reservations via the eurail.com website but it says they aren’t available at the end of checkout. I’ve tried trainline and rail europe but there’s no option to add my global passes so it’s charging me full price which is almost $1k. It’s all so confusing for this Aussie :). Thanks in advance.

I planned a journey from Paris to Barcelona for my family of 6 using rail planner app. As advised I paid for seat reservations on eurorail.com. Upon checkout I was advised that the tickets could only be posted out and that i needed to supply the address of my accomodation. This seemed completely ancient to me but I reluctantly proceeded. Despite the day of travel not being for another month, the accomodation agreed to accept and sign for the tickets when they arrive and hold them for me. This was inconvenient to organise and I really don’t want to do it for all the places we will be travelling to throughout our trip, not to mention the hassle if something goes amiss. 2 hotels I approached about it said they hadn’t heard of it before. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance
