I’m trying to book the night train from Naples to Turin (InterCity Notte 35496) but can’t find it listed in the reservation section of the Interrail site. On the TrenItalia site, the train shows up as having plenty of seats available in all classes of travel, but there’s no way to connect a reservation to my interrail pass. Does anyone know how to do this?Thanks!
I’ve got a pass that is valid until 3rd July. The app and web portal both confirm this. Yet when I try to book any train, even a local one that doesn’t require a reservation, the site tells me my ‘pass is not valid on that date.’ (I booked my first reservations without problems.) It seems there is no longer any customer support. How am I suppose to get home?
