We have tgv seat reservations for next sunday, but the train has been cancelled due to strikes. No rebooking is possible because all alternatieve trains are fully booked. We have to revert to slower local trains. SNCF offers a 20% reimbursement, but we cannot get this because the seats were booked through interrail. How can we be reimbursed by interrail? We cannot find any information on the website.
Hi, we just made a seat reservation for Thalys on 5/1 and want to change tot 6/1. It seems that this should be possible. Eurrail says response time can be up to 2 weeks. Is this really the case? In two weeks time the alternative seats are most likely already taken.
