Hello all, I will be travelling from Paris nord to brussels on 13th Feb and i had already booked a train timing from the Eurail main website and paid for seats reservation (as i have the global pass). It gives me an E ticket and it’s u see Thylas plus it fits nicely the Eurail main website and my Eurail app that generates the QR code (which is rare as the app is not up the date), and i’m feeling very relief. So recently, there have been train disruptions and strikes so i’ve been checking Thylas main website (as that is what Eurail website suggested after you press “train disruptions”) in order to make sure the train that i had booked via the Eurail website is smooth going and not disrupted. However, after keying in my train departure and arrival station i could not seems to find the booking i’ve made via eurail website using the pass on the Thylas website. Can someone please advise what is going on - does it means Eurail has set aside some booking that don’t appear on Thylas website
Hello all, I will be travelling using the Eurail global pass and inside the app it shows a timing that don’t match/show in the Eurail website. I’ll need to book seats reservations on the website and show a QR code to enter the train via the app. I’m just very confused so in this case, should i buy the seats reservations at the timing that’s shown on the website and appear in the train station without the QR code from the app (as the timing don’t match)? And if i do book the seats reservations on website and turn up on the timing that’s on the web, i don’t have the QR code to enter as the app don’t have the timing on the web, will this be alright to just show evidence of my seats reservation?
Hi all, I’ve activated my pass for my upcoming trip at 10th and the website don’t allow me to visit any dates before 10th feb. However, going to Paris from London is already out of stocks so i’ll want to check the timing on 9th. Will it be possible if i deactivate the pass and activate on 9th? But, will i be able to keep the QR code for the rest of my travel trip after activating at 9th to belgium and amsterdam as i’ve paid for reservations
Hi all, I’ll be travelling to Paris at 10th of Feb from London St Pancras. However, the app timing and web timing clashes and i couldn’t find a timing that is the same on both side since January. So I’ve waited for February which is today but it still don’t match. Now i’m not sure if I should book seats reservations from the website at 726am and produces no QR code (as i couldn’t find 726am timing in the app that generates a QR code) or should I book 701am in the app and go to the station to make a seat reservation? I’m not sure if i can reserve the seats last minute at St Pancras. Can someone please help me with the following? Should i book at website and produce no QR code in app Should i save the QR code in app and buy the seats reservation at St pancras Will the seats reservations confirmed be available for my time slot and if not what should i do?
Hi all, Recently I’ve bought the global pass to travel between London, Paris, Belgium and Amsterdam. It was nice buying the pass and through the app, I’ve selected the timing that’s desired and saved it. However, it stated that seats reservations are required but I’m not able to buy the seats reservations in the app. So i’ve headed over to Eurail website to try and book the seats reservations. But I couldn’t find the timing that i wanted on the website and when i choose another timing from the website and head back to the app, i can’t find the timing. So if i want the seats reservations, i’ve to book from the website but if i do, i can’t show the QR code as it’s a mobile pass and i can’t find the same timing on the web and the app. Will appreciate if someone can tell me: Can i make my seats reservations only on the website? What happens if i can’t select the same timing on my app as the website as i’ll need the QR code to scan on the app so i assume that app timing and web timing shou
