Hi!I’m in the following position: I have a 4-days-in-a-month global pass, my home country is Germany. I have used one outbound/inbound journey on one travel day to Italy. Traveling back I will go from Bologna to Munich and from Munich to Frankfurt. But the Munich-Frankfurt bit is after midnight so I need to buy a separate ticket because I’ll already use the second outbound/inbound trip for Kufstein-Munich. Now, my question is: Could I do the reverse too? Use my pass for Bologna-Kufstein and buy a separate ticket on oebb for Kustein-Munich (which would cost less than Munich-Frankfurt) and use the outbound/inbound for Munich-Frankfurt on the additional travel day? Or is this not possible because I wouldn’t cross the border on the additional travel day? I ask this because there’s the real possibility I won’t use that extra travel day that I would use for Munich-Frankfurt anyway. Thanks in advance!!
Hi!I have bought a 4-day in a month global pass. I had activated it for today thinking I could take the connection Bonn-Stuttgart-Ulm-Pordenone, Ulm-Pordenone serviced by a NJ. I would depart in the evening and get there in the morning. So I activated the pass and then tried to reserve a seat but I couldn’t. Now any other connection is such that I need to use two travel days and I do not intend to do it because it undermines the whole rationale for why I bought the pass in the first place. I would like to get the pass deactivated and my travel day back or at the very least my travel day back. I tried to contact support via both the bot and the app, but I don’t even get a confirmation mail. What am I supposed to do?
