I am attempting to make seat reservations on my eurail.eu account but I can not seem to add myself to a trip as a traveller, it states that my details are incorrect/do not match. I purchased my mobile ticket from national rail UK/eurail and have managed to download the mobile app and activate my ticket, but you can not make reservations for the eurostar using the app.I do not have facebook or twitter, so I can not contact customer services. I wondered if anyone could advise/help me with this problem?Thanks!David
