HiI just exchanged my ticket. Are the seat reservations that I booked on the interrail site still valid or do I need to somehow change the pass numbers?TIAMartin
We are travelling to Tirano from Varenna soon. I know all about the trackworks and there is a replacement bus. However when looking on the interrail app to add the trip it is showing the first part of the journey by train to Colico is "not in network" why is this the train is RE 10316.

HiI bought my passes (15 in 2 months)in March with the 10% promo but would like to exchange them for the continuous pass that is on offer now. Im having no joy getting a reply with customer services and the offer ends soon.My question is, because I bought my passes with a 10% promo can I exchange these tickets for the 15€ pervticket fee or not?My confirmation says it can be exchanged or refunded with a link to the refund/exchange policy which then says some promos cannot be refunded/ exchanged.Could someone please help? So I just bought the global pass and have started to make my first bookings and need a few step by step instructions to ger me started.So I bought 4 passes for me and my family and intend to put 2 passes on my phone and 2 on my wifes. Firstly, how do I plan the trip on the mobile pass for 4 of us, then move 2 passes to my wifes phone? Can this be done before activating? Once I add trips to the mobile pass is it then activated or not?Also I made my first reservation for a nightjet. This reservation will be towards the end of our trip so does it matter which order it is added to the pass?When making this nightjet booking on the obb site the confirmation said if I take the pdf ticket now it invalidates the cancellation policy and so to get the ticket at the station.I thought that the ticket, when added to the mobile pass would mean that I didn't need paper tickets? Have I got this wrong?Tia
Hi, I'm new to this and am trying to plan a trip with my family this summer. I have checked websites of all the trains and reservation fees that I would have to pay but am having trouble with SNCF. I read that they have limited interrail tickets available, but on their website I can't seem to add that its an interrail pass booking. I don't have the interrail pass at the moment so it seems I can't check the interrail reservations until I have one.Is it possible to find out the availability of interrail places available before I purchase my interrail ticket?And if there is no interrail availability on certain tgv trains for example, then do I have to buy full price tickets? Rendering my interrail pass useless.TIA
We are planning to get an interrail pass in June for 2 adults and two kids/ youths. One of the kids 12th birthday is 2 weeks before we plan to leave.We would be buying a 15days in 2 months pass for 2 adukts and 2 youths I have found that if we got 2 month continuous unlimited passes before the kids 12 th birthday it would be a similar price as that ticket would be free. We would have to activate it by taking a trip in our own country and then wait the two weeks before using it from first country we arrive in.Is this ok to do?Or do we need to leave the country as soon as we use the outbound?Obviously we would have to pay our outbound again ourselves.
