Hello! Hope its okay that I'm getting in contact here. But no other helpline seems to be responsive or available. I have bought a global mobile pass. ON:IN30408834My train on the interrail reservation service seems to be unavailable. However its available through direct booking if you have a paper pass. I am leaving on Monday 14th at 15;00.Is it possible to exchange my mobile pass for a paper pass before then or will I need to buy these tickets at the gate - I was told this is a risky game. But I definitely need that specific train and can't rebook to somthing more expensive with more changes. I hope you are able to help. Many thanks
