Bologna - Munich ECB train, need to pay extra fee on the train

Dear travelers. We have a Global pas and seat reservations and are traveling from Bologna in Italy to Munich in GERMANY on an ECB train. The conductor wants us to pay an extra fee of 10 Euro to travel from one country to another since the train is not regional. But in the Railplanner App, where we have the Global pas, it says that these fee conditions only apply for One Country Passes. We dont know what to do. Any advice?

Problems booking reservations Bologna Munich

Are there others who have trouble booking seat reservations for your Interrail trip during the summer holidays? I will travel in mid-July.  I have never had any problems booking seat reservations with Interrail in the past, which I have tried several times. The Website and the App just stand and search without any result. I have problems both in the Railplanner App and on the website www.interrail.eu I am trying to book seat reservations between Bologna and Munich /day time. My itenary is Copenhagen- Basel-Zurich-Chur-Tirano-Montorosso-Bologna-Munchen-Salzburg-Copenhagen. However, it only says in the App that it is Bologna-Munich that requires a seat reservation. But is it not also a good idea to book a seat reservation on the Copenhagen-Basel and Salzburg-Copenhagen routes? I am eager to receive some good advice.

Chur to Tirano tips

As far as I can tell from other conversations in here, it is not necessary to book seat reservations between Chur and Tirano. Is that true and what about in the high season? We are traveling on 18 July and will be traveling all the way (3-4 hrs) to get to Tirano to spend the night. Any tips? It seems from both ÖBB and SBB  websites that it is not possible to book at seat reservation. But is it not necessary?

Best way to travel from Tirano to Monterosso al mare

Hi community, I’ve tried to search for seat reservations from Tirano to Monterosso. I’ve tried before to travel by train from Milano to Monterosso. But not from Tirano. Any tips on what route to take AND if seat reservations are needed in high season (July)? Thank you so much in advance.
