Hello, I have a train from Munich to Bratislava on May 15th. I have a reservation for the Munich to Vienna portion. I would like to also reserve 2 seats for the Vienna to Bratislava portion as I do not know how busy that train is usually. Does anyone know a site where I could do this ? Alex
Hello, I will be travelling from Milan to Munich on May 12th. When I reserved a seat the only option was to reserve from Milan to Zurich which I did , then wait 1h06 mins and continue to Munich (with no option to reserve). do I just add a trip to my app and then click view tickets and have them scan the QR Code? This is considered my ticket ? Where do I sit if there is no reservation? Or do I reserve a seat in Zurich?
Hello, I have just reserved 2 spots on a train from Munich to Bratislava, Slovakia. For some reason in my email confirmation it only has 1 ticket and it has the secondary passengers name on it. But under the ticket it shows passenger list with both of our names. I am wondering if anyone knows if I am suppose to have a second ticket or is this fine?
Hello, I purchased the Eurail Global Pass for 10 days in 2 months. It turns out I will only be needing about 6 or 7 trains. Is there a way after my trip if I only used this many to refund down to the 7 days pass? If not should I cancel my pass and buy a new one now or just leave it? (I have already reserved the Eurostar using this 10 day pass)
Hey everyone, I am trying to book a train reservation for Krakow to Berlin and it is saying it needs to be reserved but it shows the price of 0 eur and will not allow me to reserve anything. I am wondering the same if anyone has ever gone from Bratislava to Krakow as I am having a hard time finding a train for this. It says I need to transfer in Breclav, CZE but it wants to send me the pass via post but the delivery date is 2 weeks after I leave for my trip. TIA, Alex
Hey, me and my girlfriend will be travelling through Europe in a couple of weeks. We bought our passes and have them activated on the app for our travel dates. I have just reserved and paid for 2 seats on the Eurostar (London to Paris) and for some reason I have an email with tickets but this did not use a travel day on my app? Is there a reason this does not use a travel day or why can I not see them on there? The only way it uses a travel day on the app is if I add a journey and use an unreserved ticket… This does not seem right. TIA Alex
Does anyone know if there is a way to change the currency on the app? I want to reserve trains on there but it only shows me the price in Euros, when I need CAD $.
