Dear Interrail-Passengers!There are wrong informations in the Interrail App which should be improved as soon as quicky.1: The ICE 105 from Amsterdam to Karlsruhe Hbf will drive at Sunday 25 February and over Utrecht, Arnhem Emmerich(Gr), Oberhausen and so further.2: Interrail is only subject to reservation in the period from June until August (exact days for this year are unknown by me).Hopefully interrail could approve this before 25 February.Ragards,David
Hi travel-lads,Interrail would have started a pilot with using more inbound/outbound days on the app.My question ara:1: Does this pilot still work?2: Which Country-residents are entitled for this pilot?3: How many travel-days would be given?4: Could the extra In-/outbound days use for more come-backs to your home-country, of are they only apllicable for an inbound-Outbound day with stop-over nights between such trips?
Hello all,On 18 October I'll take the NightJet from Vienna to Arnhem (and after then with the intercity Arnhem-Nijmegen), my homestay-country is The Netherlands. I don't want to spoil my inbound-trip for just 18 km (Emmerich(Gr)-Arnhem) and after then buying a full price ticket Arnhem-Nijmegen. DB and NS-International sells tickets with BahnCard 100, very handy for buying-tickets without having to pay for the German part, (not official, but CIV shouldn't have abandoned the possibility to sell tickets from and to the border.ÖBB sells Reservations with Teilgültigkeit, (but not online, so only optional if you live in Austria, or not so far-away from the Austrian border). How could I solve this? Buying a ticket Emmerich(Gr)-Nijmegen, or sending a mail to ÖBB for an option? Are here Dutch travellers who have had the same problem like me and which solution did they have found? And how much will a Reservation with ‘Teilgültigkeit cost more). Does someone have such ticket and could he/she put
IC 312 Budapest-Graz was broken up in Szentgotthárd. Everyone who wanted to travel into Austria had not only to change, but also to wait for more than a hour, (instead ÖBB could have set-in a remplacement-train, but deceided it due to costs-reduction). But that’s not all, the regio-train stops much more often was ab Feldbach fully crouwded. So I’ve paid for the day without getting what I’ve paid. And Interrail refuses to give any compensation for, this is horrible. EURail Group shouldn’t handle with people who have paid more for extra comfort, should they? The next train should have been published in the teain-planner: RE 4721 Szentgotthárd-Graz Hbf (dep 13:04, Arrival at Graz: 14:53 has been published without time from Szentgohhárd (that name is weitten with Accent-aigu!). If someone looks at the EUrail-App, he/she thinks to wait untol 15:09 for the next train. Please add the times of the missing-trains of the line Graz-Fehring-Szentgotthárd, thank you.
Hello all, According with the EU Passenters Rights (1370/2007), the taveller has the choice to cancel, or abort the trip if the delayment will be minimum of 60 minutes (before, or during the trip). In this case the price of the ticket will be refunded for 100% (other-said: the double of the refund when the dalayment would be 120 minutes). Which Refund will Eurail give, if a trip will be aborted due to the above-called case? Examples: 1: The Night-Train Paris-Wien was cancelled and no replacement-train, or bus was set in to bring the traveller to his destination? Traveller has decided to cancel his trip to Vienna. 2: The train from Innsbruck to Zürich was too late and connected-train in Sargans could not be reached,, next train starts 60 Minutes later and will be 60 minutes later in Arosa, so the trip to Arosa became due to the 60 Minutes delayment useless and traveller decided to break-up the trip in Sargans and travels with the samne train further to Zürich, instead of Arosa. Now I don’t know what is happening with the Interrail App, but for 18. April no trips can be added to my pass, although the trips can be planned without errors. Due to this lack I can’t make any pass for this day, what can be make troubles with the train-staff. Yesterday (7 April) it has almost leaded to a sent-off from the train because I couldn’t make the pass for that day (although later on the day it had been solved). The communication went hard, because not all of the conductors of the MÁV can’t speak any foreign-language. I don’t understand why the interrail-app give so much problems.
