In the topic “Issue - Facing difficulties to make reservations in Italy”, you said that you would contact Support on the problem of 1st class reservations being issued for Trenitalia trains when 2nd class were ordered.Do you have any news on this please?I have several reservations this problem applies to. A month ago, I bought 2nd class reservations on Italian trains through interrail site and I received 1st class reservations that i cannot use.I emailed support back then and added a message to a pre-existing thread on the same problem. Since then I created a new topic on the problem and emailed support twice. I can see the issue in the knowledge base still open.My issue has progressed from a problem to be fixed, to an urgent request, and then to a request for a refund.After 1 month i have not had any reply from the interrail team. what else can i do?
