Hey! Just bought my pass, however, my middle name in the pass is incorrect :(. One letter is missing for some reason..Does anybody know: Can I start making seat reservations via the interail and via travel.b-europe.com regardless?Its kind of urgent, as I intend to start my travel pretty soon. Bonus question: Do I have to put my ID /passport Number somehow into my mobile pass/ the app? Thanks everybody..
Hey! I’m just playing around a bit with my mobile pass to see if I figured everything out. So I activated my pass (deactivated right after) to see if it would creat a ticket. And it did.Do I see it correctly that I only get one ticket per travel day, even though I’m using 3 different trains in 2 different countries?Is it also normal that it shows immediatly ¾ travel days as soon as I add a journey to the the pass, even though that first travel day is still in the future?Thanks!
Hey fellows, one last question from the newb: Do I have to active the pass the day prior to me starting the journey (meaning within the next 3 hours) or can I active it tomorrow morning as well and then start the travel on the same day (june 1st).Asking as I want to check one last time tomorrow morning if the trains will really be in operation tomorrow as to not lose a travel day should I have to postpone due to strikes or whatever. Howdy I’m seeking informatin regarding the current strikes in France. On the thalys website I can find information regarding the trains that I’m planning to take tomorrow (very convenient that they strike the day prior) However, regarding my follow-up SNCF trains I can not find any information on their website, or on their app. Please tell me I won’t have to call them again and wait for hours in the waiting line.. thanks
Hey desperately trying to book a seat from a train from narbonne, france, to madrid, spain. Train would leave on the 2nd of June, so there’d still be a full 7 working days to get the ticket to me, yet the interrail booking system says it would not arrive in time. Any alternatives? SNCF hotline kicks me out off the loop after 15 minutes, tried twice already. I’d have to cancel my entire trip otherwise.. -.- thanks
